I've worked in travel for over 25 years and been with Kuoni for over a decade. The best part of my job is seeing the excitement that travel brings to people. Whether it's a long-awaited family holiday, a special celebration or an adventure that's been on the bucket list for years, I love helping turn those plans into reality.

What excites me most about travel is that no two days are ever the same. Every customer has a different idea of their perfect trip, whether that's a relaxing beach break, an unforgettable family holiday or an adventure of a lifetime. Helping turn those dreams into reality is incredibly rewarding, and I love taking the time to understand exactly what's important. What I enjoy most about being a Personal Travel Manager is having the opportunity to build lasting relationships with my customers, creating holidays that are tailored to them from the very first conversation, right through to listenting to their fabulous stories once they're home again.

Having travelled extensively through Europe, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, India, the USA, Central and South America, as well as experiencing cruising and family travel first-hand, I can offer advice and recommendations tailored to a wide range of holiday styles. As a parent, I particularly enjoy helping families find the right balance between relaxation, discovery and quality time together, while creating holidays that are as unique as the people taking them.

One of my most memorable travel experiences was visiting Rwanda to see mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. It was a truly humbling and unforgettable experience. Beyond the wildlife, I was deeply moved by the warmth, resilience and positivity of the people I met there.
