Restaurants & bars

The main restaurant is Feast Village where there are several open kitchens (breakfast only), a wine cellar, patisserie (breakfast only) and a chef's table. The restaurant is open for breakfast as well as dinner. During the latter, the menu features local delicacies and flavourful Malay cuisine. Fisherman's Cove welcomes guests over 16 and offers spectacular sea views, an open show kitchen and superb seafood dishes.

Uncle Lim's Kitchen features a unique design and specialises in delectable Nyonya and Hockchew Chinese-style home cooking largely created using local ingredients. At Royal Bay Beach Club, overlooking the infinity pool, you can enjoy a selection of Asian and Western favourites. Chapman's Bar is located on the opposite side of the island at Emerald Bay and serves a variety of dishes ranging from Western to Asian as well as a wide selection of refreshing drinks throughout the day. Jamu Bar overlooks the Spa Village pool and serves healthy salads and speciality drinks for lunch. Uniquely crafted private dining experiences are also available at stunning locations throughout the resort.

Spa & wellness

A unique four-acre retreat that honours the healing cultures of the region, the Spa Village Pangkor Laut creates wellness programmes that combine physical and spiritual health and wellbeing, and are based on one of four concepts: Rejuvenation and Longevity, Relaxation and Stress Reduction, Detoxification, and Romance. This is one of the best spas in Malaysia, but don't just take our word for it - it's received a wide range of awards from the likes of Condé Nast Traveller and CNNgo. Every spa treatment begins with a complimentary Bath House Ritual featuring a soothing footbath with a Chinese Foot Pounding experience, traditional Malay 'circulating' bath, Japanese-style cleansing followed by a heated Rotenburu dip, and a Shanghai Scrub. The treatments themselves have been inspired by ancient rituals from China, Thailand, Bali and of course, Malaysia. The spa is home to eight pavilions where treatments are administered, three healing huts for Malaysian Chinese and Ayurvedic therapies. If a well-being holiday is your focus then we highly recommend choosing one of the over-water Spa Villas which offer direct access to the Spa Village.
