A modern family-friendly resort with facilities spread over two hotels and great dining options close to ‘The Walk’ and Dubai Marina.
This impressive resort is on a private stretch of Jumeirah Beach, next to sister hotel, The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina. Staying at Le Méridien means you get access to facilities and restaurants at both hotels, so you can try the famous Bubbalicious boozy brunch at The Westin and swim in the lazy river that winds between the two hotels. The location is a great balance of beach and access to the city – there’s a 500-metre white-sand beach with views of the iconic Palm Jumeirah archipelago with the city backdrop just behind. The popular hangout ‘The Walk’ and Dubai International Marina are five minutes away by car, and there’s a tram stop and metro station a few minutes’ walk which takes you to Dubai’s lavish malls.
Kick back on a sun lounger at the beach, drift along the lazy river or spend time with the kids by a shaded children’s pool. There’s a complimentary Kids’ Club open every day where activities include more than just arts and crafts; kids can get even get stuck in with watersports like snorkelling or kayaking while you catch up on some quality me time. Barasti Beach Bar is one of our favourite spots for a cold beer and tasty tapas and in the evening, it becomes one of Dubai’s hot spots for dancing away into the early hours to the live music and nightclub vibes. Take your pick of the resort’s five venues or head over to one of the restaurants at The Westin resort next door with the excellent dine-around options. Go healthy at Bounty Beets which serves organic food with gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options or try Asian-Cuban fusion food at next door’s Asia de Cuba.
Like the rest of the resort, rooms are modern and plush with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the skyline or sea views. A subtle purple theme accents the calm white and cream tones and beds are super comfortable. Interconnecting options for Deluxe and Club rooms are great for families who want the ease of being next door to each other. Club rooms are a great choice for added perks like access to Le Méridien Club Lounge, house beverages and snacks throughout the day.
Our favourite getaways for quality time together and fun-filled adventures in a family-friendly environment.
