Excellent experience thanks to professional team
I would like to mention exceptional service and personal touch at every step of our experience during the stay. Special thanks to great team, who kept cleanliness and freshness of our room in the most convenient manner for me and my daughter (we stayed in the Superior King Suite, 13/09-01/10) - Mr. Rajkumar and Mr. Ajith. Every morning after we came back from breakfast the room looked stunning, flawless and refreshed, every time with the smell of fresh flowers kindly brought to us by the stuff mentioned above. Special thanks to the lady from Nigeria who welcomed us at the breakfast reception every day and when my daughter wasn’t here took extra care of me. And of course Mr.Jude from Uganda, Mr. Boris from Ukraine and Mr. Rajitha from Sri Lanka - all these amazing and professional people made our stay the best ever. Words aren’t enough to describe how great the staff is. As well I would love to mention the best SPA I’ve ever been to - Talise SPA - and the most charming face of this SPA Mrs./Ms. Laila who kindly assisted me and my daughter during our stay, offered the types of treatments that perfectly suited our needs, was always greeting us with a smile and by name and this way she made us feel very welcomed. Mrs./Ms. Laila is very professional, with positive attitude and customer oriented persona. In my opinion she can be a great team leader of the SPA. All customers who I’ve seen were happy with her welcome service and good first impression is very important and crucial. Thank You once again for all the team, who assisted me and my daughter during our stay (13/09/2020-1/10/2020).
We stayed here for 8 nights at the end of September 2020. The hotel and the facilities are excellent. The hotel is grand and rooms are large with both a shower and a bath. We met Jude who works at breakfast, he looked after us every morning and made sure everything was ok. We enjoyed chatting to him every day and he even gave us some really useful information regarding covid restrictions etc. On our last morning Jude surprised us with a beautiful fruit salad platter to thank us for choosing to stay here. We hope to see him again! We spent most days at the pool or beach where we were looked after by all the staff, particularly Upendra who always greeted us with a smile and nothing was ever too much to ask for. All the guys at concierge were great at arranging dinner reservations for us and always made sure we had the best table. We took advantage of Jumeirah E-butler service where we communicated via WhatsApp. We were abke to make all kind of requests from house keeping, to room service and booking spa treatments. We always got an immediate and polite response whatever the time. This service was so helpful as we could communicate even when we were out of the hotel. Overall the service was great, we would like to thank all the staff for making us feel very welcome. We look forward to staying here again.
Jude is delivering the most stunning service and should be the face of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray
While visiting Jumeirah Zabeel Saray with my mother we were impressed by service delivered by Mr. Jude from Uganda, Mr. Borys from Ukraine and Mr. Rajitha. The breakfast was fantastic, amazing service, attention to detail and interpersonal skills of the stuff mentioned above made our holiday the most memorable ever. I had such an amazing impression that even made a painting dedicated to Jumeirah Zabeel Saray and it’s amazing and professional staff.
Best hotel in Dubai
This hotel is amazing and its highly recommended. Special mention to Arfan and Ahmed who made us feel welcome and made sure our stay was memorable. Rizza on concierge was really helpful when we needed anything booking and helped us when we had a issue with our travel arrangements. Special mention for Sani who’s customer service skills are amazing and helped with everything we need to make our stay was comfortable. Best hotel in Dubai
Well located luxury hotel with excellent service staff
The hotel makes you feel welcomed and its a good location on the palm. The service staff are excellent and the food at nafoorah is very good. Only drawback is tht the pillows need to be changed and the carpets in the rooms look old and unclean in comparison to newer properties.
