Wellness at Elix is easy to dip into, whether you're after a deep-tissue massage or a burst of activity. The spa keeps things simple and calming, with treatments focused on real relaxation. If movement’s more your thing, there’s a well-equipped gym, tennis courts, and a full schedule of classes including Pilates, stretching, strength training and high-energy sessions. Yoga in the open-air amphitheatre is a standout, with fresh air and sea views adding something extra to each session.

When you’re ready to rouse from your lounger, there are forest trails and hidden beaches waiting to be discovered. Head out on foot or by bike to the peaceful monastery of Agios Athanasios, with a quirky abandoned zoo along the way. For a bit more adventure, take the winding trail to the secret beach of Prapa Mali, where sweeping views of Karavostasi Bay and the Ionian islands make it well worth the effort.

When night falls, the adventures continues. Join an expert team every Wednesday at the outdoor amphitheatre for stargazing. Using a high-tech telescope, you’ll get a close-up look at planets, nebulae and far-off galaxies, and snap your own space shots to remember it by.

Try water skiing, wakeboarding or inflatable rides for a hit of adrenaline, or keep things calmer with paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkelling or pedalos with slides for the kids. There’s even a giant SUP for group fun. Boat rentals let you explore the coast at your own pace, while private cruises take you to spots like Paxos, Corfu and the Blue Lagoon. For younger guests, a dedicated watersports programme* helps build confidence while having a lot of fun.

Solar panels heat the water, LED lighting keeps energy use low, and desalination systems provide fresh water straight from the sea. Even the gardens are irrigated with recycled water and planted with native species. Food management plans mean there’s a resort-wide commitment to reducing food waste and the safe disposal of waste, too.

And just when you think the day’s winding down, the evening programme kicks off. Running throughout the summer and school holidays, it’s designed with 4 to 12-year-olds in mind. From the Great Night Adventure treasure hunt and the Elix Champion’s League sports night to the silent disco, science labs, talent shows and movie premieres, there’s something different to look forward to every night.
