From the moment we arrived at the airport The resort went out of their way to make us feel safe during this global pandemic. This is our second visit to the resort and it was superb. The staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel relaxed and cared for. The island is beautiful and we stayed in both garden and beach bungalows. Both were excellent; clean and well equipped. The food was delicious and even though there were only a small number of guests ( due to the island just opening after global quarantine) there was a huge range of dishes available, all prepared to an excellent standard. The chefs prepared food fresh and went out of their way to provide any special requirements. Our waiter was phenomenal, as well as providing exceptional service he also shared helpful tips and advice about the island ( especially top-tips about snorkelling) . We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone on the island who made it such a memorable holiday.
It was an amazing experience Which I have ever had in my life before , very much impressed by hospitality. Each and everything was so good and I am glad that I have chosen Cinnamon 😊 Well organised and beautifully maintained rooms ,food was out standing Really appreciate highly trained staff , their smiling face always make difference I was looked after so nicely , i felt like home. I would love to visit again n again and recommend all my family n friends It was a life time experience. I must say “ Cinnamon “ has best people to look after the guest. Cinnamon Dhonvell Maldives
I can not speak highly enough of, not only the resort, but the staff as well. From the moment we stepped off the plane in Maldives, every single thing was taken care of. From the room, to the restaurants, to the bar, to the excursions, our expectations were well exceeded. The staff makes the guests feel like royalty; anything that a guest needs is taken care of with quality care and in a timely matter. If there was an issue, which was an extremely rare occurrence, it was taken care immediately with an immense amount of concern. My husband and I will definitely be returning and will be recommending this resort to everyone we know, and maybe even some people that we do not know.
A Great Team at Dhonveli.
An absolute piece of Heaven. Their strength is the Great people who manage and run this heavenly outfit. They would go out of their way to feel you warmly welcome and would see to it that all your needs and requirements are fulfilled beyond your expectations. A Great place to unwind and disconnect with the rushes of life.
30 minutes from Male, this little island provides a nice little getaway. The cottages are world class, with immediate access to the sea from the ample decking. Luxury inside, practical outside. The food was terrible. Ruined the whole stay. Our booking was done through an agent, who only booked bed and breakfast. For a much lesser price, all inclusive was available on booking.com and Expedia. A huge mistake to go thru an agent - can only imagine there must be some dealings going on. Dinner would add over USD 50 per dayif you did not have all inclusive ...... plus drinks! I ordered some milk in my room for a cup of tea and they charged USD 10 !!! The lesson here is don’t go to the Maldives unless you have all inclusive. We tried to upgrade to all inclusive but management held fast on 90USD a day. We offered 70 but no negotiation so we held fast and went basic. They missed out ! Expedia offered the rooms all inclusive for 150. (Something doesnt add up here???) The service was friendly and welcoming, but the stay was ruined by management not willing to negotiate and poor quality food. I have stayed at other islands at lessor prices who offer much better quality. I would not go back here.
