Twin Lotus Resort & Spa

Island bliss hideaway

An idyllic escape set on a beautiful beachfront on Koh Lanta Yai – perfect for a romantic break.

In 12 acres of landscaped gardens and fringed by a mile-long white sand beach, Twin Lotus Resort & Spa is ideal for peace and tranquillity. It may take a little longer to get to this attractive resort, but it’s worth the journey. If you want to explore beneath the waves, head out for a dive while a sea kayaking expedition gives you the chance to explore some of the 70 surrounding islands and discover hidden beaches. Away from the water, there are bicycles for hire to explore the jungle beyond, spotting wildlife amid the foliage. Twin Lotus is adults only from November to April while guests under 18 years old will be at the resort from May to October.

Why we love Twin Lotus Resort & Spa

  • It’s on a curve of powder-white sand on Koh Lanta Yai’s west coast, with plenty of places to watch beautiful sunsets

  • You can take a kayak to explore tiny jungle-topped islands or snorkel over vibrant coral reefs in search of clownfish

  • The resort is open to adults only from November to April, so high-season tranquillity is a given in the beachfront restaurants and the two swimming pools

  • It’s not far from the island’s fascinating main village, home to Thai fishing families, Chinese merchants and sea nomads
