Restaurants & bars
The Jade Mountain Club is located on the top level of Jade Mountain and offers fine dining in a tranquil open-air setting with an ornamental pool as the central feature. Enjoy exquisite and exotic seasonal cuisine made with the finest ingredients, often locally sourced. Savour a range of tantalising dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner from menus devised by award-winning chef Allen Susser. When night falls, head to the Celestial Terrace which offers stunning views over 600 acres. Dance on the deck serenaded by one of Saint Lucia’s most famous saxophone players and sip fine Champagne until the sun sets on the horizon. Guests are also welcome to dine at any of Anse Chastanet’s restaurants.
Spa & wellness
Both Jade Mountain and adjoining Anse Chastenet are doing their bit for sustainability. The interior walls in Jade Mountain’s rooms are finished in a toned coral plaster sourced from quarries in Barbados. The concrete exterior is filled with locally quarried stone, while each window opening is framed with massive 3 x 18 inch tropical wood frames. Much of the produce comes fresh from the surrounding 600-acre estate, including aubergines, pumpkins, mangoes, cocoa and a variety of herbs. Chef Allen Susser frequently takes guests on tours around Emerald Farm, a 36-acre organic plot, while great emphasis is placed on seasonality and supporting local farmers.
