Before the resort opened, this slip of land was home to a popular waterfront eatery that’s been visited by A listers and leaders for decades. Thankfully, Casa Rolandi – the restaurant in question – remains so you’ll get dine on some unrivalled Swiss and north Italian cuisine and see what all the hype is about. Best of all, meals here are included as part of the Endless Privileges® all-inclusive package. There’s an alternative spot open for dinner: the French Mexican restaurant Le Métissage. This poolside, sea-view venue has open-kitchen so you can see your dishes created as you sip on a glass of flavourful wine.

Casa Rolandi
The iconic Casa Rolandi is something of an institution in Isla Mujeres. It was due to its popularity the hotel was added. The food here is Swiss-northern Italian and in the evenings guests can enjoy live music as they dine.
