Spent a lovely relaxing week at this hotel. Fabulous breakfast (we stayed b &b so can’t comment on other meals], friendly efficient staff. The room was very nice with everything you would need, bed very comfortable and the hotel is so quiet and peaceful a good night's sleep was guaranteed. We loved the location and the beautiful grounds where you could chill on a ( very well spaced) lounger looking at the sea…. bliss! Right on the coastal path means you can stroll into Paphos in about 20 minutes. Evening entertainment every evening was not great but pleasant enough to sit with a last drink. Would certainly return for another chilled holiday.
A wonderful holiday
We stayed at this wonderful hotel from the 2nd May for 7 nights. Our experience was amazing and we are already missing our beautiful room and Cabana so much. I’m afraid we can’t remember everyone’s names but so many of your staff were outstanding. A special mention must go to Olga and her team in the Restaurant. She is incredible at her job and made us feel so welcome and special. We also very much enjoyed the service we received from the Waitress and Waiter while we were in our Cabana, they had a great sense of humour while working so hard. The cleaner was always friendly and we had lovely chats with various employees namely Sofia, Salome, Natalia and Christina. The Hotel was always spotlessly clean and the food in all the restaurants was lovely. Thank you for making our stay so special
Fantastic hotel in a great location.
We arrived quite late and were offered help immediately as I am a wheelchair user. We stayed in a classic sea view room which was very spacious and had a walk in shower. There were plenty of coat hangers and drawers and nice fluffy robes. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the food is freshly cooked with lots of choice. It was good to see that there were plenty of sunbeds and no loud music. The gardens are very pretty and well maintained. The staff are extremely efficient and very friendly. It was our first visit but will it not be our last.
Lovely spacious hotel
Visited May for 7 days, all inclusive with easyJet holidays. As with all hotels, some great things some not so great so will start with the positives, more of these than any downsides. We arrived quite late and plates of food had been left in our room which was a lovely gesture. Fridge full of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and water. Our room was a classic room with a sea view. The view was very nice and the hotel is quite close to the sea. Breakfast was excellent, everything you could possibly want and very nice pleasant staff to serve. You could have eggs every which way, pancakes and porridge the choice was endless. We didn’t get the late breakfast option as this is linked to your room choice, more about that later. The beds we had twin were exceptionally comfortable and lots of pillows. The grounds are fabulous, plenty of room and plenty of sunbeds. The hotel had three quarter occupancy and even if it had been full, there is still plenty of room and choice where to sit. This is the hotels best feature, no loud music blaring out like other hotels. Very relaxing. The waitress covering the grounds was exceptional and certainly a few more staff would have helped her, need more beach and ground bar staff. Didn’t use the ala carte option as the buffet was very well stocked in the evening and the BBQ was a nice change. The staff worked very hard and were very pleasant and welcoming on the whole. Ok so what would have made it better. The hotel could do with a face lift decor wise. It was clean and well maintained but a little dated. Won’t stop us coming as we have rebooked in October. This was primarily down to Katherina on reception. If you like a nice spacious room I would advise booking a junior suite. We had a classic room but it wasn’t in our opinion, supplied with enough space to put things. This was primarily down to the fact that the coat hangers- and there were lots of them just didn’t fit in the wardrobe. They were too big, this caused a major issue and we had to keep some clothes in the suitcase. This could easily be solved with smaller coat hangers, might seem like a small thing but caused us a lot of aggravation keep getting clothes in and out of the suitcase. We have upgraded the room when we come in October and am hoping this doesn’t happen in the elite suites. We asked to see an upgraded room at reception - twice! They said we had to see the room director. On the third time of asking, we were lucky to encounter Katherina who straight away showed us 2 different rooms. She was so nice it was almost like a different reception service. Some of The reception staff were a little surly and aloof. This is the only area that we found this. Those 2 things were the only negatives - the coat hangers and some reception staff. I would highly recommend this hotel other than that. Hope they sort the flippin coat hangers out 🤣
This is our second visit now to this hotel and we will definitely be back. The staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to help their guests. The choices of food are excellent, the cleanliness of the hotel is very good and the spa is wonderful.
