Lilianfels, Blue Mountains
This historic retreat is the 'grande dame' of the Blue Mountains
This elegant and historic retreat is set on the outskirts of Katoomba, overlooking the magnificent Jamison Valley and close to the Three Sisters. Lilianfels is more like a grand country house than a hotel, and has a very traditional feel. It’s home to the award-winning Darley’s – a fine-dining restaurant steeped in history and serving modern Australian cuisine.
