• High ranking results in Kuoni achieving “Which? Recommended Provider” status

Going above and beyond to help holidaymakers throughout the coronavirus crisis is one of the contributing reasons why luxury worldwide travel company Kuoni has been rated joint top in a survey about the best and worst holiday companies in the UK by Which?

The high rating has resulted in Kuoni being awarded Recommended Provider status by Which?, the UK’s largest consumer organisation with 1.35 million members and supporters. 

Every month the team from Which? analyses and reviews different services across a range of industries and researchers set strict minimum standards, speaking to consumers who also give their views.   

The strict criteria means Which? Recommended Providers are companies that are both rated highly by Which? members and have products that meet the high standards of Which? researchers.

In the new report Kuoni emerged joint top of the table of travel companies in terms of how they’ve dealt with customers throughout the coronavirus crisis.

Kuoni was praised for its excellent service at a difficult time, offering refunds within 14 days, going above and beyond to get people home from all over the world when the FCO advised against all but essential overseas travel, the quality of accommodation and offering a bespoke, personal service which brings reassurance at an uncertain time.
