A WONDERFUL STAY

My family and I have stayed at HARBOUR GRAND KOWLOON from 22 December to 29 December to celebrate Christmas. I need to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH to CINDY and QUEENIE, they were so helpful and nice to help us to arrange the rooms and solve the problems. The staff at FRONT DESK such as GARY, ANTHONY and EDDIE are good too. The staff  at the Waterfront~ SHARON, BEN, JASON and PATRICK are so hardworking. BRINGO, DANIEL, JASON, ALEX, KYLE and ERIC at  Robatayaki are so professional. The PROMENADE staff ANNA is so helpful to arrange the table for us. The dishes at Waterfront, Robatayaki and Promenade are very delicious. The staff stands at the gate to help the customers to open the door and taxi door are also industrious. Last but not least, the suite and the room at HGKLN is so comfortable and clean.

A memorable stay

The staff are nice especially the harbour club staffs.The quality of dining is nice. The room is spacious, clean and new. My family and I enjoy the stay in this hotel and the location is very convenient with the supermarket and shops and restaurants around just a few minutes walking distance.

Marvelous stay with fantastic services

My family has stayed in many times due to the fantastic services and brilliant performance. Cindy always follow up the accommodation tightly and handling all enquiries rapidly, we are so appreciated on her diligent effort and enthusiastic working attitude. Furthermore, Ryan and all front desk staffs such as Queenie, Millie, Charles, George, Ivy Kam..... were so polite and smart. Especially Queenie, Millie and Charles can recognize our family in every visit and always send us a heartful greets. Besides, the entrance staffs like Wak (But I am not sure the full name of the Indian staffs who wear eye-glasses) and Man were take care my elderly mother very well during get off from taxi and also Paul and Bruce was eager to settle the luggages after check-in. On the other hand, the dining experience here was unforgettable and delighted by your industrious and professional staffs such as Sherman, Patrick, Tony at the Waterfront; Bringo Chow, Jason, Kyle, Eric at Robatayaki. In addition, the lamb chop at Waterfront was so delicious and the Sumo Choice in Robatayaki was amazing and wonderful. Moreover, Shirley at the Corner Cafe and the gym rooms staffs have been given my little cousin very kindly assistance on the VIK games. Another bright point is all the rooms and suites we stay was so comfy with a stunning view. Moreover, excellent room tidiness was attained by those professional housekeepers such as Ying and Raymond which let us have an outstanding quality of living. Honestly, we felt so enjoyable and fruitful to stay here according to the marvelous services, we booked again to stay this month to celebrate the upcoming XMas vacation. Last but not least, the hotel's COVID-19 precaution measures was executed so reliable and need to thumb up on all your staffs still keep spirit to work professionally even under pandemic situation, in this regard, I wish you all have a good health and take good care always .Thousands of thanks and looking forward to come back later.

Terrible Staycation

Stayed in a lot of 5 stars hotels in Hong Kong already and this is by far the worst, better spend it on Langham for this price range. They made up some excuse for not upgrading our room to the suite even though it was included in the package. No Service at all, staff were rude. Terrible experience, staff came in to our room without knocking. Late checkout was included but we cant access the room after 12 pm for some reason. Gave two shampoo but no body wash. Food in the Promenade was not fresh, smelled like overnight food eww. These mistakes are unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Wont come back again!

A good staycation experience!

The room is very nice and spacious, the staff here provided a good service. We have tried the waterfront bar restaurant and the Japanese restaurant, the food for both restaurants were very delicious. The entire staycation package price is reasonable. Looking forward to having a next stay in here again!
