Rm1933,無盡海景房Staycation最好選日至五｡ 喜歡Club Lounge 下午茶 cocktail時段，寧靜，舒適可惜時間太短暫。 酒店翻新房間，非常簡約，加多一張小桌子必要喇！ 酒店還有進步空間的｡ 在此謝謝酒店禮遇，好多謝Guest relations team既 Cally Lai,Millin Chan,Alice,Queerie及各員工款待。 在 check out時送上小小Diy 卡，小小心意 看圖！辛苦曬！加油！ Thankyou Christine Tsang
We are totally satisfied with our stay. It was not very crowded at all, checking in on Sunday (half-hour early) with the Club Lounge benefit package, Harbour view room and $1,600 dining credit, which we used at Waterfront Terrace & Bar for dinner, and Robatayaki for lunch. We were even upgraded to the suite on even higher level than the Club Lounge, on the adjacent tower. Stunning view from room. Complimentary birthday cake was enjoyable too. The breakfast buffet was also commendable with good spread and quality food. It was a wonderful celebration after church, which was just 2 mins walking distance from the hotel.
Good from far but far from Good
I stay in hotel for first time seeing nice pool picture, lots of discount on line must hotel not doing good. room good view but not clean, my girlfriend see insect in drain call bell desk they say no room change very busy I see review now, if see before i will book other hotel breakfast very bad, everything empty at 9 am, girlfriend & I eat outside I see manager only same comment repeat, don't really care no return no recommend to my family or friends

Our efamily and I were so appreciated of the staff's industrious and professional working attitude, such as PIERRE, HENRY, JASON, ALEX and KYLE at Robatayaki. BEN, TONY and JASON at Waterfront. SAM, KYLE, ANNA and BORIS were so helpful at Promenade. The lunch buffet which held in the ballroom on 4 April was very successful. We need to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH to all the chef at these restaurants. They cooked delicious dishes for us. MS CINDY LAI always helps us to solve the problems.She was so kind, professional and hardworking. She always makes our stay so wonderful. Some staff stood by the gate such as KENNY, EDDY and SINGH (who wear the glasses) were so hardworking. They helped us to call the taxi. The housekeeping team on 33Floor made our room neat and spotless, especially SUKI, she was so attentive. We felt so enjoyable and fruitful to stay at HARBOUR GRAND KOWLOON.
Worst Hygiene among all 5 stars hotels in HK
The hotel room itself was good, but staffs in the restaurants simply lacks basic hygiene sense, especially worst thing to see during COVID. Booked a room with lounge access, and the lounge is the worst ever I have visited in Hong Kong. Simply not up to par. Went to see the overly crowded lounge, and decided to just head to the Waterfront Restaurant for tea and evening cocktail. Food choice was pathetic. Sandwiches were the worst I have ever had in my life, cold, dry and tasted awful..Reminded me of CX pathetic business class sandwiches served overnight in the gallery. But dun forget...having dry sandwich on a flight with only 30% humidity is tolerable, but how long have the sandwiches been prepared to get soo pathetically dry with 90% humidity on ground? I have tried to self serve myself a glass of apple juice. The first three glasses I picked up comes with dried second hand orange pulp. The staff saw that and seem so used to it. Harbour Grand are u serious? I thought I have already experienced the worst hygiene experience in this hotel. Next morning, while having breakfast at the buffet on ground floor, the pathetic lack of food choices simply shocked me. Ok thats fine, will just grab an omelette and go. The tables in the buffet were so closely packed together, and an adult can hardly pass through. With 30 cm distance to the table at my side, and with nothing to separate us with my table with my nearby table, the person next to me simply joined my conversation on how pathetic the food choices were...Um..didn’t expect this to happen in a 5 star hotel. Aren’t there supposed to be a 2m distance between the tables? The worst had yet to come. My “nearby neighbours “ left the table after breakfast, and I saw a staff simply picked up the dishes and slightly clean the middle of the table where there were spills from juice. BEWARE! They do not clean the whole table even under COVID. I demanded to talk to a manager. A manager named Edmund showed up several minutes later. After explaining what I have seen, he apologised and did nothing. Seriously ? Not planning to redo the cleaning at least for this table? what if the person who sat there has COVID? Pathetic..avoid at all cost Harbour Grand, I have had my wedding banquet at the ballroom. Now, I simply feel ashamed of having my wedding in a hotel with zero hygiene sense. Goodbye Harbour Grand.
