Restaurants & bars

H10 Rubicón Palace has a total of 14 restaurants and bars to pick from, meaning you can eat and drink at a different haunt every night over the course of a fortnight, should you so choose. Janubio is a buffet restaurant with a hint of drama at show cooking stations and themed culinary corners, and Tabaiba draws on inspiration from across the globe. Elsewhere, savour Asian Fusion flavours at Sakura; devour the finest cuts at the pool-view Steakhouse; and feast on Italian classics at Dolce Vita (nab a terrace seat overlooking the Plaza Mayor).

Ohi Dinner is a theatrical dinner-and-show concept (advance booking required), La Choza Pool Bar is for all-day plates, Bistro is a healthy spot for light bites (with a great terrace overlooking Isla de Lobos and Fuerteventura), and the Daisy Truck is a street-food truck by the pirate ship pool.

For drinks, the Lobby Bar is a foliage-filled drinking den spilling out onto a sea-view terrace, set to a soundtrack of live music every night; Sports Bar Beefeater is an armchair-dotted hangout screening big games; Mike’s Coffee is for that all-essential caffeine fix; and Montaña Roja Disco has entertainment for all ages.
