Great stay and amazing experience 5*.
We had our friends engagement one year aniversary...they were sooo kind and made a wonderful surprise for them.They wrote on the beach their names and confrats...could be seen from the room and was something that I have never seen so far in any hotel that we have been so far...Extra Mile 10/10 .Great Job Guys You Rock . We were 3 rooms...they accommodated us with rooms very close..that was so nice. They have send cake and baloons in the room...and staff were so professional and flexible ...that means amazing Amazing Management and leaders whom are standing behind their employees(gentelman in greu suit,I believe front desk manager). Special thanks to : JOHNATAN (reservation depr) and Lady MARGAREST(front desk). We received room at 1pm(even though was weekend and should be done at 3pm). Our friends came one day later(non weekend),and received their room at 12pm . This is real customer service and understanding that NO it’s not an answer in their available options. GREAT GREAT JOB. Lobby- very welcoming, thanks for the warm greetings of the lady 9forgot her name(Filipina woman) who assisted us and offered a seat while waiting to be checked-in Check-In - Thank you Ibrahim for all your assistance Rooms- very spacious and elegant Bab Al Bahr Beach Bar - food was absolutely delicious, the ambiance is very relaxing. Add to that, the very very welcoming service of Aleta ( hope Im correct this time with the name). Spicepopup- the best Dum Biryani I had so far. I love the authenticity of all the food served to us. Thank you Vinod for all your help and service, and yes I again saw him during our breakfast Jeddah- I admire your energy and service. Salute!
Our staycation was awesome. The hotel and facilities are very good and the staff very kind and helpful. They take seriously the covid situation. The food is amazing and they have variety. I highly reccommend it.
Clueless about luxury collection
stayed in July post COVID lockdown with my family. 1. They claim my booking was for one room. When we were asking for two rooms as kids and nanny. 2. No availability of communicating rooms and they offered to us a communicating room smoking with a 1 year old definitely no understanding of family friendliness by the staff 3. Food was atrocious with tomatoes tasting weird 4. Lack of social distancing in the pool and one life guard for both the sea and the pool 5. When I wanted to leave after one night they wanted to charge for full stay (4 days) and 1 night for one room and worst they did and claimed that no marriot bonvoy points won’t be credited . If this is their definition of luxury collection or hospitality never again !!!
Ajman Saray - You saved us!
We had booked though Agoda a 3 day staycay at the Rixos Bab Al Bahr, upon arrival we were told that there was no booking in the system - even though we had pre-paid with Agoda. After 4 x hours in a crowded reception with no refund from Agoda and no apology or resolution from the Rixos and no Hotel booking, I was in tears. My husband read about this Hotel and we drove there. Check in was a dream, professional, clean and quick. We booked half board and even though one restaurant was closed the choice of food was lovely and breakfast was the best I’ve ever had with an incredible choice and every taste catered for! The room was silent and completely blacked out and a perfect temperature. The balcony was large and the clear view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. The beautiful shower and wonderful Elemis products were perfect and the price of drinks was very reasonable. It was the peaceful relaxing staycay we were looking for and the adult’s only, ice cool bubble pool was worth a trip on its own. Well done Ajman Saray, after a horrible beginning with Rixos, you made it a wonderful end - thank you.
