There are three restaurants to choose from at the hotel. Exuding splendour and luxurious elegance, Ziya is the hotel's contemporary Indian speciality restaurant, where gold features as the predominant colour, and the innovative menu features sumptuous classics reinvented by the Michelin-starred chef, Vineet Bhatia. Fenix is the luxury all-day dining restaurant, an informal yet intimate setting where an international menu ranges from Japanese to Pan-Asian and Western cuisine. The Italian restaurant, Vetro, is an exquisite fine-dining eatery. Featuring the finest Italian ingredients and recipes, a specially curated menu includes dishes like the Succulent Grilled Prawns with Spinach Chlorophyll, and the Beetroot Tartare with a Campari Reduction. Unique to the restaurant is Enoteca, the stunning walk-in wine cellar which is home to over 1000 different varieties, as well as a resident sommelier.
Come the evening, drinks and refreshments can be enjoyed within the chic and stylish interior of the Eau Bar, the hotel's contemporary late-night bar that serves an array of delicious beverages and signature cocktails. Alternatively, the sophisticated interior of the Champagne Lounge is an elegant after-dinner setting, where a stunning floor-to-ceiling ocean backdrop combines perfectly with the spectacular red grand piano that sits at the lounge's centre.
