If the Foreign Office advises that travellers should not visit a particular country, then we’ll act on this to keep you safe and reserve the right to cancel your holiday. We’ll do our best to create a new holiday for you within your price range, but if this can’t be done or travel is imminent, we’ll offer you the option of cancelling your holiday with a full refund.
You have the same responsibility for your personal safety and possessions as you do at home, so take look at the FCO’s travel advice before you travel. You can choose your destination and find advice including local laws and customs.
We’re here to spark your sense of adventure and help you discover destinations all over the world. However, please be aware some destinations – including hotels, public transport or local food vendors – don’t always meet British health and safety standards. We request in our Code Of Conduct that all of our suppliers comply with local regulations and laws, so it’s wise to keep this in mind to protect yourself and your travelling companions.
Your holiday is protected
We are a member of ABTA, which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct, giving you confidence when booking a Kuoni holiday. All the ‘package holidays’ we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available.
Formed in 1950, ABTA – The Travel Association – ensures travel companies offer choice, value and high levels of service. Kuoni is a member of ABTA with membership number V258X.
Peace of mind
ATOL bonding gives you peace of mind and full financial protection. ATOL is a scheme for air holidays and flights managed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) that protects you from losing money or being stranded abroad if the tour operator goes out of business. The CAA can give refunds to people who can’t travel and arrange for people abroad to fly home.
