Alfred & Dee Paulse

Originally from South Africa, Dee Paulse has worked in hospitality roles all over the globe, from Bhutan to the Maldives and the USA. She joined One&Only in 2019 as Food and Beverage Manager and was instrumental in delivering their unique ‘different venue, different menu’ dining concept. Dee is now the Resort Manager at Nyungwe House, where she loves creating incredible experiences for guests.
