Your itinerary
Day 1 – 7 Zanzibar Beach
Upon arrival, a private transfer will take you on the 60 minute journey to your home for the next 7 nights – the spectacular Gold Zanzibar Beach House and Spa. Relax on the powdery white sands of Kendwa beach – one of the best on the northern tip of the island – from which you can easily snorkel and swim in the azure Indian Ocean before sipping a cocktail as the sun descends below the horizon. The resort is a mix of Zanzibar’s African and Arabic roots combined with the owners’ European sensibilities – as an Italian owned resort there is a big emphasis placed on food and wine – making this the perfect place to relax and spend the week. Choose to pamper yourself in the spa, avail yourself of the resort’s activities, including kayaking or yoga, or you could explore the beautiful island visiting historic Stone Town (UNESCO listed), one of the local spice farms or the tropical forest inhabited by red colobus monkeys. The ocean is also your oyster with snorkelling availalbe to some of Zanzibar’s superb reefs – all of which can be arranged at an additional charge.
Day 8 – Zanzibar and Departure
