Alfred & Vince Lampert and Janice Areja

Vince Lampert is from France but moved to the Philippines 20 years ago and now co-manages Nay Palad Hideaway with his partner, Janice Areja. Before working on the Nay Palad Hideaway rebrand in 2018, Vince was Managing Director and President of the outdoor furniture company DEDON and Janice worked for luxury hotel brand Shangri-La for 10 years. The couple live on Siargao with their son, Hugo.
