Sally Cooper manages Gibb’s Farm with her partner Nick, who she met while working as a dive instructor for Club Med Tahiti 30 years ago. Since then, the couple have worked in tourism around the globe, from the Solomon Islands to the Great Barrier Reef of Australia and The Cook Islands. She loves nature, diverse cultures, food, boutique lodges and photography. Sally hails from Fiji and has a Master’s degree in tourism from the University of Canberra Australia.
