Alfred & Katsuyoshi Dentani

Katsuyoshi grew up in Takayama, a city in the mountainous Gifu prefecture. He joined Hoshokaku Ryokan in 1991, where he worked front-of-house before taking on a sales role and eventually working his way up to become Managing Director of the hotel.
