Alfred & Ivan Scholte

Ivan Scholte is from the UK but has lived in Asia for over 30 years and loves all things food, wine and travel. After studying hotel management, Ivan worked in the wine trade in both London and Hong Kong before running a hotel in Koh Samui, Thailand. Ivan now splits his time in Luang Prabang between running his hotel The Apsara and managing Satri House, which is owned by his wife.
