We’re monitoring the situation closely with our ground agents, the FCO and our airline partners and are currently calling all clients due to travel to China on group tours departing up to the end of April to advise them that their tour is cancelled and talk through their options, including booking alternative holidays or moving their tour to a later date.
For anyone travelling after April, we are reviewing on an going basis. It’s a developing situation so we will continue to review FCO advice and all our airline partners’ policies and amend travel plans accordingly to ensure we respect steps taken to contain the spread of the virus and protect the health and safety of our customers.
