Spend a night alone in the Namibian bush with our unique Dream Cruiser, a modified safari vehicle that has a full bathroom and sleeping deck. The cruiser is parked alongside an active waterhole in a secluded area of the Onguma Reserve, so you can watch the wildlife come and go and then fall asleep to the sounds of animal calls. It’s a very Instagrammable location. The deck cover is removable so you can stargaze in bed, soaking up views of sparkling constellations and on a clear night, the Milky Way.
The adventure starts late afternoon, with a short drive to the cruiser and a briefing from your guide, who’ll keep in touch via a two-way radio throughout your stay. We’ll deliver drinks and a three-course, mezze-style dinner before you settle in for the night. Enjoy fresh tea and coffee with homemade rusks in the morning before returning to your lodge. The Dream Cruiser is extremely popular and we’ve had several wedding proposals out there – being alone in such a remote setting is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
