Food • Grenadians eat lots of seafood, fish and fresh fruit. • A delicious local soup is made from breadfruit, avocado and pumpkin. • ‘Callaloo’ is a dish made up of dasheen leaves, okra, onion, garlic milk, crab meat and hot pepper seasoning to taste. This dish is often cooked with crab backs. • ‘Pepper pot’ is a stew of several meats, pepper, garlic and herbs, served with the typically Caribbean rice ’n’ peas.
