Bangkok & Phuket

There’s plenty to pack into a few days in Bangkok, from a cruise down the Chao Phraya River to exploring Wat Pho and the Grand Palace. The food scene here is incredible, so a night market tour or cooking class is a must.

Phuket is Thailand’s ultimate beach resort playground – an emerald island of golden sands and neon-lit night-time revelry. It’s also the gateway to the Andaman Sea, where colourful long-tail boats bob in the sunshine and towering limestone karsts rise out of the water.

We've based this multi-centre holiday on what we feel allows the right amount of time to explore the very best of Bangkok at a relatively relaxed pace. with enough time to see all the key sights before heading to Phuket for a week of relaxing by the beach. If you have more or less time, talk to us and we can recommend an alternative itinerary to meet your requirements.

Rembrandt Hotel & Suites, Bangkok

This great-value city haven is situated just moments away from the lively Sukhumvit Road and conveniently close to the Skytrain station. After a day of discovering the city’s vibrant malls and golden temples, unwind with a refreshing swim in the 11th-floor pool then refuel on delicious bites at the on-site Mexican or Indian restaurant. To cap off your evenings, head to the rooftop bar for creative cocktails and twinkling views over the city.

4-10

Marina Phuket Resort

Nestled on a lush peninsula between two sandy beaches, Marina Resort Phuket has one of the best locations on the island, just a short stroll from Karon’s eateries and markets. As you scroll from the pool to your plush room through the jungle-like grounds, keep an eye out for scurrying lizards and colourful birds in the treetops. As part of your stay, you’ll wake to a tasty buffet breakfast each morning and savour a daily two-course dinner at Chopsticks. Don’t miss lunch at On The Rocks, the cave-style restaurant perched dramatically on the ocean’s edge.
