Service is not worth with its price
Nam Nghi is not really worth the price. Facilities and service quality are only 3 stars. The lobby is sketchy, the garden is simple, the room is old, dirty, the services are cut off due to the absence of guests, the breakfast buffet has turned into an à la carte with a few dishes. In return, the beach here is the most romantic in Phu Quoc, enough to dispel the disappointment at first.
SECURITY DOESN'T LET US GO TO THE BEACH
Me and my friends (who stayed in the hotel nearby Nam Nghi) went there today. Unfortunately from my friend's hotel we couldn't see the sunset and we decided to go to the beach which was near the main road. There wasn't any obstacles or fences before the beach except the security guy (from NAM NGHI) who said that we can't go there and the territory and the beach are private. For the god's sake how the beach could be private?? I don't like the policy of this hotel so – one star Actually the beach was dirty and there were many objects which were under construction. If there our friends weren't living we won't go there any time again
Stunning hotel in beautiful gardens
This hotel exceeded our expectations for its beautiful setting and lovely rooms. The sunset facing villas are definitely the best and there are few nicer moments to be had than sitting on your balcony with a glass of something cold, watching the sun gently sink into the sea. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautifully clean, everything worked and the gardens that surround the villas are gorgeous. Rock Island is a fun place to visit and the snorkeling is excellent with some healthy corals and plenty of fish. The main beach can have a bit of a litter problem, although the hotel does clean it, litter washes in all the time and, sadly, this is also apparent on the shoreline below the villas. The hotel still supplies water to the rooms in small plastic bottles but, hopefully, this will change. The breakfast was stunning with a huge selection and variety of food and drink on offer however, we only had one dinner at the hotel as we found it very expensive for rather ordinary food and the cost of alcoholic beverages was on the high side for Vietnam as well. Phu Quoc seems to be becoming very developed and we recommend that you visit sooner rather than later although this hotel has an excellent location which will always been an oasis of calm.
Great place for good vacation!
Good hotel with amazing service! Especially I want to say thank you for person who work on the reception Truong! He always was very kind and try to resolve all my questions! He also helped me to book all my trip near near Phu Quoq. It was amazing vacation, and big thanks to the hotel and their services!
Beautiful setting and lovely staff
This is a wonderful spot. The chalets are roomy and elegant with fabulous views. They have atmospheric lighting but it is impossible to provide good lighting at night if you wish to see something detail. We unpacked by torchlight! We had half board and I would not recommend it. The Tree Tops restaurant, not on half board, gave us a lovely high quality evening meal. The main restaurant meals were rather heavy and one evening they brought the main course when we were half way through the starters.
