The service so bad

There are problems in internal processes. Employee's behaviour was too bad. I've always been here because of the convenient location, but from now on, I will never stay there. What a terrible experience!

A good stay

1 night stay yet made a memorable stay. Concierge staff were very considerate and friendly. Rood was spacious and the one of the best shower experiences. Water pressure was just right for my preferences. Breakfast was good! Welcome amenity was very cute! Thank you!

Such a pleasant stay!

It was a pleasant stay for me. Location was good, about 10-15 minutes on foot to the Lake and the Old Quarter, but so close to Hoa Lo prison and about 5 minutes to the train station. Room was good, nice and elegant, though bathroom was smaller than expected. Staff was dedicated and friendly, especially those who served at the restaurant on the 2nd floor during breakfast.

All the little attentions

First time returning to this property since the lockdown. Really appreciated all measures taken, without creating anxiety just a warm feeling of safety and care. From the gentle modification of the reception to the care package in the room... All services remain optimum, great breakfast, fast check-in/out... Hope to be back again soon.

Highly appreciate the hotel standard and operation: impeccable services.

We stayed here for three nights in Oct 2020. I surprised and really appreciated the hospitality standard here. Comfort and satisfaction. Impeccable services. Even though the hospitality industry confronts with an unprecedented challenge Covid and reduces the activity, Movenpick Hotel Hanoi still maintains a full operation: welcome drinks, welcome fruits, free afternoon delicious chocolate buffet, turn down service… We made a mistake by turning on “do not disturb” light. Then we had asked a housekeeping services at 10 pm, too late. We received a fast response with good service. Highly recommend.
