Restaurants & bars

Five Dining Room is a contemporary restaurant that appeals to the five senses. It features a show kitchen and fresh local ingredients in a mix of pan-Asian flavours. Choose from classic favourites, local dishes and healthy options for breakfast; and a fusion menu combining different textures and flavours for dinner. There's also a sheltered outdoor terrace here. Fresh Restaurant is an open-air, casual poolside dining venue that serves fresh salads, sandwiches, pasta, pizza and seafood grills. Tonic Lounge is perfect for pre-dinner drinks and it specialises in gin-infused cocktails and creative sake cocktails accompanied by Vietnamese tapas and desserts. It is also offers afternoon tea (reservation required 24 hours in advance) with a selection of sandwiches, tempting desserts, fruit skewers, teas such as vanilla rooibos which can all be served iced, and refreshing lemongrass and mint or cinnamon and orange water.

Spa & wellness

The main draw of the resort’s award-winning holistic spa is that you are guaranteed two free spa treatments a day (and up to five if there is availability!) but it also helps to balance your daily life with a wellness plan that offers a different theme each day. Set in tropical gardens, the spa features 22 treatment rooms, two beauty salons, steam rooms, saunas, private Jacuzzis, a yoga studio and a yoga deck on the beach. All treatments are formulated from 100% natural and active ingredients and will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The Natural Living programme combines daily activities with healthy eating to nourish your body and nurture your spirit. It has a philosophy of seven daily practices that are organised by colour, theme and aroma: feel free, eat well, be social, act mindfully, enjoy nature, be active, and open your mind. You can enjoy breathing exercises, stretching, yoga and meditation. There are also optional cultural workshops and guided excursions (both at extra cost). The programme will help you to establish healthy eating habits, feel at one with nature, facilitate wellbeing through the senses, and even gain a new perspective. If you are looking for a complete detox then you can opt for the resort's 'Retreat' packages which are based on either Juice Cleansing or Vietnamese Raw Food and use local fruit and vegetables to cleanse and boost the digestive system.
