Amazing service

This property is managed very professionally. The manager at the front desk was able to resolve any issue that arose and make the stay a pleasant experience. The rooms are nice. The gym is great. I will be back again.

Okay place

Our bathroom tile was a loose and it moved as you walked on it. Many of the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty throughout the facility. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pool had a big wad of hair floating in it.

Unsettling

The room had a sanitation seal, which I thought would reflect a clean room. Was I wrong. Took the remote out of the sleeve and it had food stuck on it. Front desk sounded put out when I called to complain. They sent an engineer up with another remote. Not sealed, handed right to me, but hopefully clean. No tissues provided. Limited toiletries. Come prepared. I know that COVID has changed the process of staying in hotels, however I would still like to hear thank you for being a Titanium member. Other hotels still make an effort, not here.

This review is as candid as I can be. Very nice hotel. comfy beds- great views- easy to get to - nice gym - sun at the pool all day - recognize and reward Bonvoy status. Good food. Clean. Inexpensive.... The last one is the only problem with this property. Yes, you are reading my review correctly - I wish they would charge more. From the less than savory "personalities" hanging out in the parking lot and pool it is obvious that locals having "get togethers" frequently use this hotel because of the price point. I realize its a tough time in the industry right now but the quality of this hotel doesnt match up with the quality of some of the guests. This isnt a blanket statement but just my experience from this stay. Maybe I was just unlucky. BUT Pricing will always affect the WHO stays somewhere. The staff here really do care and put in extra effort. My man Jonathan even offered to have someone come make up the bed so I could nap 45 mins before check out when the cleaning staff jumped the gun while I was swimming.I declined but it was the general attitude at the front, restaurant and property to got he extra mile.

Great value!

The hotel was affordable yet very nice and clean, with excellent service. We were even given free meal vouchers. Very close to Dallas attractions and in a safe area of town. The food at the restaurant was great and so were the drinks.
