Location ,location, location!!!! Great staff too!

Spend two nights at the Thompson earlier this month. Arrived early, and were able to check in with a little help from the front desk. Breakfast was excellent both days. long lines at the coffee shop, but worth the wait. Roof top bar very laid back with great views and drinks. we shall return soon

Stunning and superb accommodations

The interior design of this hotel is out of a magazine. The finishings, fixtures, and furniture are of the highest quality. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and the location is ideal. I took much inspiration and hope to add it to my home.

Excellent property in a great area of town

Excellent property in a great area of town. Staff were awesome. I was super impressed and would absolutely stay here again. I travel quite a bit and rarely am I this impressed with a hotel. Thank you for making the experience great.

Checked out early. Thank goodness

We were booked for 3 nights. Checked out after the first night. Between the chaos of the street and chaos of the hallways the elevator also was making the most insanely loud screeching noise I have ever heard so there was no sleep to be had. The hotel is basically chaos at all times. Massive groups funneling in to the roof top bar, long lines for coffee in the morning and need reservations to even try and have dinner. I find it unacceptable when hotels don’t put their guest first and save reservations and accommodations for guest only. They are more worried about grabbing the money of all the tourism vs taking care of their guests. The rooms are small and worn. This is not a 4 star hotel. 0 need to go back. Only good news is I was able to check out early.

Loved!

Great hotel. Friendly staff! Great rooms and location. Everyone was very accommodating and service was awesome! Highly recommend! We would definitely return to this hotel! Rooftop bar was fun lots of food options that were all good.
