Lovely hotel and great customer service
A nice modern update to this property with warm feel. I had a night in town for a business trip and was perfectly comfortable in the room and had a wonderful customer service experience at the desk. I will happily return to this hotel on my next visit to Nashville.
An Excellent Hotel, A Home Away from Home
I traveled in from Orlando with my wife to visit Nashville for the weekend and stayed at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Mind you, this was the first time we have traveled since the start of the pandemic, so there was still a level of underlying anxiety about travel that was hard to shake. Once we arrived at the hotel, the anxiety subsided. From the minute we walked in to the hotel we felt at home and safe. We loved the music city theme that welcomes you when entering the lobby, as well as the indescribable Loews scent that greets you at the lobby door. If you've never visited this Loews property before, it feels like it's close to everything you want to do and a distance just far enough away from downtown that provides a sense of privacy. A big shout out to all the Vanderbilt Loews employees who made this trip so wonderful for us. We will be back!
Doesn't follow Covid safety protocols
Very disappointed in the safety protocols of Loews Vanderbilt. Multiple hotel patrons were not wearing masks in common areas. Cleaning staff also were not wearing masks throughout my stay. General disregard for the importance of following the CDC guidelines for masks.
Great Location - Nice!
Clean, comfortable & had everything I needed.The only frustration was the Parking Garage. I got "locked" in two times & you cannot get out. Called for help & ended up going to the front desk very upset, as I was late for my daughter's volleyball games because of it. Parking spaces & setup is a bit ridiculous & tight.
I was truly expecting more from this hotel. I had booked at the Hyatt House around the corner and cancelled my reservation to stay at the Loews. Big mistake! The room itself was very outdated. I had to search for a plug and saw an astounding amount of dust behind the furniture. The Wifi in the room was VERY weak. I wasn't expecting this because I had called prior to my stay and was told that I'd have a strong internet connection. I also had requested to have my room cleaned very early in the morning & let them know I'd be out of my room until later in the afternoon. I returned to my room & it hadn't been cleaned. The hours for the lobby store are also very silly (closes early). They also don't offer any room service. One of the pros of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was extremely kind. I have to give a special shout out to ADRIAN. I needed a school document to be printed at the last minute, and he saved me !! I appreciate him so much & am so grateful for his willingness to help me out!
