Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Actually staff went over and above their duties. We visited at the height of the COVID-19. They tried to make our stay as fun as possible especially when Broadway was shutting down. We stayed on 10th floor which included complimentary breakfast and happy hour everyday. Isaiah always gave us great service. Would recommend.
Awesome Shuttle Service & Hotel
Seth is the best! He drove us two separate times on the trip and he was awesome. He sang songs in the car (great singer, by the way) and he was so friendly. A true southern gentleman and great customer service! On top of all of that, everyone was so friendly and the hotel rooms were nice and spacious.
My girlfriends and I had a wonderful visit to Nashville to celebrate my birthday. Concierge Shannon found out it was my birthday and sent treats to my room that evening. It really made me feel special. If you go, upgrade to the club level rooms. Better views and evening cocktail lounge access.
Hotel stay for a Convention
We are visit Nashville after a 20 year hiatus. Staff here friendly, professional, and really go out of their way to make you feel at home. They provided us with complimentary shuttle service from the honky-tonk section back to the hotel. We were delighted to meet our driver, Seth Michael, new here from Georgia. As an up and coming singer-songwriter, he sang some country music for us during out trip back to the hotel. What a very special moment and experience for us. Highly recommend the hotel which is located just across the street from Vanderbilt University. Happy we are here.
This hotel is in a great location and has been around for a long time, but appears to be living off a reputation rather than delivering value today.. My disappointments include 1) when booking on their on-line site they fail to display taxes anywhere until after you have confirmed the booking. I emailed about that this is not a practice seen on any other on-line bookings today. They responded that it would be passed on to management but I never heard anymore. 2) elevators were extremely slow or maybe not working at times, 3) Mini-bar charges on my bill were 30% higher than prices in the in-room menu. 4) parking garage entry / exit is supposed to be accessed with room key but it didn’t always work and had to call attendant. All considered, pretty lacking for the cost. I think there are better values in Nashville.
