I travel to New York for business Frequently and the Baccarat hotel has become my absolute favorite place to stay. The service is exquisite, the food is superb, and there’s no other place I’d rather stay when visiting New York. The Baccarat hotel experience is tailored to the standard of excellence, see for yourself and enjoy.

The Baccarat is the epitome of what every hotel should be. The staff is world-class, the decor is stunning, the accommodations are luxurious, the food is delicious, and the wine list is incredible. Nothing compares. As gorgeous as the hotel is, it’s truly the kindness of the entire team that keeps us coming back.
The good and the bad
The Location of the Baccarat Hotel was great, tucked away in a quiet street right of 5th Ave. The door staff did a decent job directing us and opening the doors. The concierge staff was very kind and knowledgeable as was the front desk personnel. We booked a Suite and were upgraded to a beautiful Prestige Suite on the 7th floor. This is a small hotel, the restaurant area looked beautiful, however the service was as bad as it get gets. Room service delivered wrong items on all but one morning. We were offered a fruit plate to make up for the inconvenience. It was delivered 1h later, beautifully prepared, all fruits were whole and some were wrapped in a ribbon, however we were not able to enjoy it, as the housekeeping discarded the whole untouched plate! Going to the restaurant was even worse. My omelet was ordered plain with only two ingredients, it was delivered with tomato salsa on top, I kindly asked to have it replaced, when it came back it was simply turned around !!!!!! This is unacceptable in any kind of dining establishment, especially when you have severe food allergies and auto immune issues and frankly it could of ended very differently!!!!! I was shocked! The server apologized and a fresh omelet was brought to me, however this time with the wrong ingredients. Again, the server apologized. After about 20 Minutes the omelet finally made it to our table. The manager did not apologize rather said I hope it is prepared correctly this time. It was, thankfully after 4 tries! For us it is all about the little things that make a stay memorable in a 5 Star Hotel. All in all there were many small things that were lacking. It is a beautiful hotel, but we left with a bitter taste in our mouth as it was not up to par with other 5 Stars Hotels close by.
The best service.
This hotel is amazing. From the second you pull up outside to the second you leave. Concierge could not be any more helpful. Kelvin greeted us as we arrived and he was super professional. Checking was swift and pain free. The room wasn’t available but we were early and as soon as it was ready we received a call. The rooms are absolutely spotlessly clean and beautifully designed with plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
I usually come to the city this time around the year for business and try different hotels. This year, I tried Baccarat with my family. What a beautiful facility!! My room was fantastic with fabulous decor. The dining room and the pool in the basement were just simply beautiful. The staff is very cordial yet friendly. This place is up there with Four Seasons and St. Regis, if not better.
