Engagement celebration

After showing up on the beach the next morning after my engagement dinner my fiancé and I were speaking to Gianni the beach host at the hotel about our engagement we were pleasantly surprised when he told us he told his manager about our engagement the previous night and they upgraded us to a beachfront bed. We frequently visit this hotel we call it our second home. The Fountainbleu never disappoints. I look forward to coming back soon and I will never forget the great hospitality Gianni showed us. Most importantly God is good 🙏🏽

Really cool history but that’s it !!

I struggled with giving this place four stars instead of three . The place has a really interesting history as a mainstay hotel in Miami. The location is excellent, the property is massive and it definitely (when run properly) would be a five star hotel. The hotel is super expensive but worth it . The cleaning is sub par and they are severely understaffed. It should be possible to have your room cleansed every day but they just refuse to do it . It is impossible to get anyone in the phone . Go for the experience. It’d right on the beach and very close to many things that Miami has to offer.

Pool service - can’t be beat.

With over a hundred customers, countless requests, and incredibly hot day, there is one thing to rate this hotel by. English, an incredible person who services the pool goers, made my experience unparalleled. Literally made me feel like I was his only customer. I feel like he single-handedly managed all the guests’ needs. He was known by name by so many other guests. That is what service is supposed to be. I’m hopeful his manager sees this because he absolutely crushed it all day.

Great girls weekend

We had a very relaxing & enjoyable girls weekend. No rain could dampen our stay. The food was delicious. The room spacious & clean. A BIG Thank You to English & Jesus for making us feel welcome & catering to our R&R needs at the pool…. when the sun finally appeared. We will definitely be back. Until next time 😊

Christian is amazing!!!

Christian was amazing and magnetic and added to the trip and made it so much better. Miami is incredibly lovely, and he makes it much more beautiful with his customer service and smile. This is by far the best hotel and I’m looking forward to coming back. Make sure to ask for Christian when coming to the beach.
