Highly irritated

The property is ok, but we payed a high price and they had all the amenities shutdown like the hot tub, tiki bar for a few days, and you could only go in and out one door. The last two nights they had some lady moaning and wailing singing with a keyboard out by the pool (a paid singer we think) and we got zero sleep. Way too loud and annoying. It took two days to get any wash clothes after finding we had none in our room. The walls are like paper so we heard every loud mouth coming down the hall on the floor we were on. We asked for a frozen drink down at the bar and they had their ice maker turned off so they would not have to make those. Talk about a major rip off. This was it. The dolphin connection is awesome. Highly recommend that. I’m still having nightmares about the lady singing. Sweet Jesus, that was awful. Sounded like a train wreck that kept happening over and over and over. I wanted to wet a bathroom towel and throw it off the balcony at her to make her shut up. I’ve never been so glad to leave somewhere.

My stay at the resort

We visited this resort for 3 days and we are very unhappy, we paid a very high price and the villa was dirty and with mold on the floors, the first night the a / c broke and they moved us to an even worse havilla (7001) had the Moldy terrace floor and very dirty yacussi, we do not recommend this Resort,

Great Family Vacation at Hawks Cay

We stayed at Hawks Cay this week & had a great time. Really enjoyed having our own space in the Villa- the Jacuzzi and views of the Canal were great. We also enjoyed the incredible service of the staff at the pool / beach. Try the Pitchers!!! They are worth it! Special shoutout to Jesse Stewart for helping make the logistics of this trip a reality and for a wonderful dinner at Anger & Ale. Would recommend to others and will be back. This was our first trip in this Covid reality & we were pleasantly surprised by the resorts ability for us to feel safe and socially distanced but relaxed and care free simultaneously. Excellent resort and outstanding staff

We enjoyed our weekend getaway and were blown away by the staff and their willingness to go out of their way to make sure we had fun. In particular Reagan in Coral Cay activity center and his first mate Clarence ran fun activities (like the compass treasure hunt) and then played volleyball with the kids afterwards. Reagan even kept playing with my son on the soccer field for nearly an hour (half of which on his own time after clocking out). He made our day special and enjoyable. The pools and lagoon are picturesque and offer a relaxing retreat for families.

Amazing reservation agent Odalys Sanchez!

We had been looking to stay at Hawks Cay with family for our sons 18th birthday. I had seen availability and when I went back to book there was no longer availability . I called the reservation line and was fortunate to have Odalys Sanchez assist me. Odalys told me that they no longer had rooms but will do her best to find us a room for me and the family. She heard the desperation in my voice since I had already told the family that we were going to stay at Hawks Cay. She was not able to find us a room during our call but she said she would be on the look out and try to find us something. She asked for my phone number and told me she would get back to me either way. As this point I started to look elsewhere thinking I would never hear back. About two hours later I received a phone call from Odalys telling me she had received a cancellation and was able to book the room for me and my family! She told me that she understood the situation and was determined to find us a room. Thank you so much Odalys for saying our weekend! The 2 bedroom Village was perfect!!
