Beautiful Property ... Poor Service

Overall appearance of property is beautiful and renovations are amazing. Service does not reflect the per night cost of stay or resort fees charged. The property was short staffed which caused long wait times for food and beverage. Rooms getting turned every other day due to Covid and delivering 2 towels for a family of 4. One-hour wait for a margarita by the pool and 45 minutes for breakfast in an empty restaurant.

Amazing Beach Vacation

The beach was amazing. They offered complimentary beach activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding. The family pool was awesome. The beds were so comfortable. Our room was a little small, but we did not spend that much time in there. Overall, it was an awesome stay. We are already looking forward to next year.

Wonderful place for R & R

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The beach seating was amazing and the views breathtaking. I highly recommend the cabanas! The drink pours were quite generous as well.

Super busy over spring break

The location is amazing, within walking distance to wonderful restaurants. The in-house restaurants were very expensive and the service was really slow due to the large volume of people visiting. The hotel is gorgeous and the beach is one of the best beaches, nice and private. The beach staff are the most friendly and helpful of all the staff we came in Contact with. The other staff seemed overworked and unhappy with the exception of uncle Andy’s and the lobby bar, those staff were always friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel public places was not up to part for how much money we paid during our stay. There were overflowing public trashcans, dirty public bathrooms, dirty outdoor stairwells, and dirty outdoor tables. This was all probably due to the lack of staff after the pandemic. Our hotel room bathroom was not clean. Other than that everything was great and we would recommend to anyone looking for a restful, peaceful, chill vacation with amazing views, beach, and lodging.

Way too crowded, overpriced, and very small rooms

This is a 2-3 star hotel at the most and that would only be based on location. Rooms are very small, bathrooms are tiny. Way overcrowded at the pool. Not enough staff in restaurants, front desk, valet. Calls for service usually rang with no answer. Food and drink service takes forever. Room rates are not commensurate with the size/quality of the rooms. In addition, there is a parking and resort fee added to the bill daily. Not worth the money.
