An Amazing Resort and Marina!

We stayed in hotel for a week in celebration of my husband's bday. The hotel is very clean, has reliable service, provides good information, and restaurants on the premises are very good. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the harbor views. An amazing place to visit. Beautiful architecture and landscaping. The place smells good and feels good. We stayed in the resort at the end of March 2019.

Amazing experience all around!!!

We travelled to Naples for my son baseball tournament and came across this amazing hotel. I can't say enough about this hotel and the amazing staff. From the moment you check in you feel at home. I would like to mention Ricardo and Nicole who helped me before my reservation to make sure that my whole family was close to each other. The responded quickly to all my emails and were so helpful with everything. The minute we arrived at the lobby we were greeted by Ricardo who made you feel right at home. The valet staff Jerry, Lee and Evan were a joy to speak to and helped me with everything we needed. As for the rooms we stayed in a 2 Bedroom suite that was completely renovated. It was like staying in a condo with a full kitchen, big bedrooms, Jacuzzi, coach bed and super cozy beds. Not to mention they give you access to the resorts private club with gyms and 3 pools. We are so happy to find this place and will be back for sure. When in Naples please check out his hotel it will not disappoint!

Girls trip

We were in Naples October 16th 2020 for a relaxing girls trips. The front desk staff Delilah Gomez was so Amazing it's hard to put into words. She helped with everything. She provided us with ideas of where to go for breakfast and dinner The places she recommended was fabulous. Deliah was so pleasant and really knows her job. I am hoping our next visit she takes care of us. Delilah you're a angel... I loved the 2 bedroom suite it was clean and smelled great. Naples Bay Resort and Marina is the place to stay and relax they will take great care of you. The valet service wonderful.. Tony, Tom and the others very polite and always smiling. Again this was a wonderful place to stay and relax. Delilah our favorite.. Mary, Josie and Amanda

Significantly of a lower standard than historically

On arrival at 10.00 pm we are advised there are no dining options at all nor is a drink available. We are told the room does have a mini-bar, but it is empty. The bare wooden floor in the room is dirty underfoot. When I went to have a shower, the water was tepid and there was no hairdryer, nor a trash basket. No-one was available to help us with our bags - either on arrival or departure. We used to lo love this resort so are very disappointed at the change in direction. Thankfully the staff are still helpful.

Vacay / Anniversary

The pool club is great... Drinks are a bit pricy and the 20% tips are automatically included into your bill. The view of the Marina was great... It's in the middle of town. Wish the lazy river was a bit bigger...it's like a kiddie lazy river (Imagine a big pool with a rock and some plants in the middle. There is a 21 and older pool that's kind of like a 60 and over pool....lol....with all that said ...the rooms were super clean, bathroom was amazing, balcony was very chill, great TVs and bed was very comfortable. Even after check- out we were able to enjoy the amenities up until around 6pm .
