Class act, great location, beautiful rooms! Worth the $!

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt hotel and I’m so impressed. It’s a little pricier than we normally would have chosen, but we really wanted a hotel close to Pier 60! The location was beautiful. The bathroom in our room was nicer than the one in my house! The complimentary champagne was a nice touch. Everything exciting about Clearwater is within walking distance. The rooftop pool and hot tub was unbelievable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this Place

This place is so awesome, from the second you check in with the friendly staff, to the rooms, the cleanliness, and I could go on and on. The beds were super comfortable...the staff was more than accommodating, regardless of what you needed and when. We absolutely loved this place and plan to return!!

Great Family Fun

Exceptional Hotel. Location, Rooms, and Staff were all fantastic. We will absolutely be planning a trip back. 100 or so steps to the beach. Many restaurants and facilities within walking distance to the hotel. Phillips Family

Great Hotel For Families

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach with my 2 adult daughters & 5 year old granddaughter. Our stay was top notch from check in to departure! The valet staff/bellmen were always right there ready to grab our bags, answer questions and even delivered all of our groceries directly to our room. A quick call down to the desk and our car was always ready and waiting for us by the time we came down. Check in staff was super friendly offering champagne & water at check in, extra pool towel cards and ready to answer question you have as well. Our room was spacious, clean and well stocked. Two bathrooms worked well for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable and each had a variety of pillows so we could have what we preferred. We had a partial ocean view but really we could see the entire ocean and the pool from our balcony. I was concerned about crossing the street with my granddaughter to access the beach, no problem at all. The street is really only a single lane street in each direction with crosswalks and the vehicles always stop to let everyone cross. Easy to rent beach chairs and cabanas right on the beach, just sit down and they come right to you. The pool is on the 8th floor and is beautiful. They have several pool toys available for the children to use, crafts for children to make, staff lead games such as trivia and we never had a problem finding a pool chair. A staff member even brought an ice cream cart around in the afternoon handing out ice cream to the pool guests. Again, the staff were so friendly and always willing to help. We ate at the hotel restaurant Shore 3 nights during our stay (my granddaughter loved sitting outdoors while having dinner). I first have to give a HUGE thank you to Nelly our server - give this girl a raise, she is THE BEST! She was quick to tell us about the specials and offered perfect recommendations when asked about the menu items. My granddaughter wanted mac and cheese and chicken strips the first night. No need to order each dinner separately, Nelly created the perfect dinner for her, even placing her order first so she received her dinner right away. And she even received ice cream for dessert. The second night we dined at Shore Nelly heard she wanted chicken parmigiana and of course it was not on the menu but she made it happen! The food the rest of us adults had was outstanding! Steaks prepared exactly as ordered, delicious and paired with perfect sides! My daughter ordered the fish served whole and it did not disappoint! Calm dish was outstanding and the lobster mac & cheese that we ordered for the table to share was excellent! The sunset is breathtaking and very enjoyable while dinning outdoors. I contacted the concierge ahead of time requesting champagne and strawberries to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make this happen. We mistakenly left the do not disturb sign on our door the morning of her birthday when we headed off to the beach for the day. Staff do not enter any room if the sign is out. Getting back to the room just before dinner we had a note under the door and a message on the phone saying they apologized for not being able to deliver our request and have it waiting for us, please contact them upon returning. Called down and within minutes they delivered it right up! AWESOME job considering it was totally our fault for leaving the sign out! Housekeeping was super friendly and did a great job each day. Really you won’t find any staff member who is not friendly and ready to help. This property was perfect for my granddaughter as well as the adults. Close to everything we needed, Starbucks directly across the street, several restaurants within easy walking distance and a large surf shop next door to grab all your beach items as well as groceries. Publix is very close by for larger grocery needs. We can’t wait to return!

This is our 4th stay at the Hyatt/Clearwater Beach. The staff is so friendly, the property is extremely clean, and the amenities are amazing! It’s the only place I will stay when vacationing at Clearwater Beach!
