All that is needed was done and all that was required was supplied . Staff everywhere cleaning and checking machines . Wash stations and towelettes available within feet of all machines . Kudos to Bellagios - great job and glad you are open again!
Our stay last week June 28-July 1at Bellagio was wonderful! We had a beautiful fountain view room with comfy beds and a large bathroom. It was so cool to see the fountains and listen to the music with it on ch 22. We also loved that we were center strip right in the middle of everything. My sons, who are big fitness buffs, were very impressed with the fitness center. The pools were gorgeous and so clean! The casino and whole hotel in general was super clean. The conservatory was also impressive. Masks are mandatory right now in Nevada, but masks were provided and this was not an issue for us. With Vegas not being as typically crowded, I thought it was a great time to go.
As a local I had the opportunity to stay in several hotels on the strip. Here at the Bellagio I stayed in a standard king room but upgraded to a fountain view. The rooms are nice but they are just a room. Some other casinos such as The Palazzo and the Venetian their standard rooms are suites. If you stay here I suggest upgrading your view or to a suite. The centerpiece of the hotel of course is the water show. The best attraction on the strip. Also in my opinion the Bellagio''s pool is the most beautiful. The attention to detail with their foliage, the tile in the pool, and the fountains that are in some of the pools. The pool is not just a pool but an experience. Don't forget the garden conservatory. They change the set up every season. They use live flowers to create the theme. Just absolutely gorgeous
Our Favorite Hotel in Las Vegas!
Beautiful hotel with great service. We loved the architecture, the restaurants and the pools. The room was beautiful and the minibar was amazing. We were there the week they re-opened and it was really nice because it was not as busy as usual. They made adjustments to follow the social distancing guidelines which helped us feel comfortable and safe. We loved the entertainment and the shops. We had no need to go anywhere else, we stayed at the hotel the whole time because it has the best of Vegas. Can’t wait to be back!
Dirty room with broken items bad check-in experience staff rude about mask wearing
We stayed for 2 nights in a penthouse suite (marked down for COVID) an air filter in a bathroom was caked in dust we called and asked for it to be cleaned, it never was. A TV in one of the bathrooms did not work. The casino staff is rude about mask wearing, restaurants are closed with no advanced warning about it, resort fees are charged for items hardly any person with a cell phone use ("resort fees" - unlimited high speed and wireless Internet access, unlimited local and toll-free telephone calls, access to the Fitness Center and complimentary printing of boarding pass) we drove why do we need to pay for a boarding pass? The mobile check in process to have a room key on your phone is virtually useless if you want physical keys you have to go through normal check in takes forever with COVID. The rooms were discounted but still way over priced as Vegas is literally shut down (no shows, no bars open, no clubs open, streets deserted, businesses closed). The Bellagio should bend over backwards to incentivize you to come and stay instead they take advantage of you, provide scaled down services and are rude). They should offer vouchers to come back and stay.
