A place with serenity - private pool and local beach

The location is not close from the city or Patong beach. The beach is quiet with a good view of sunset. The breakfast buffet is fantastic that provides room delivery. Friendly staff could provide information where to dine in and sightseeing. Dinner at their hotel: facing to the pool and beach, enjoyed a drink with sunset. Live music start at 6:30 pm we can dedicate songs too. We enjoyed the professional massages with good environment. The drawback to point out: the hotel is a bit outdated. some rooms are for from the buggy drop off, people with walking difficulties should ask how far they have to walk or ask for assistance. Booking buggy is not easy. Most of the time we have to walk down the hill. Overall it is worth to stay at least one night for relaxation!

3rd Time and still the Best

This was our third time coming back, it felt like we were coming to see our friends and family. We were immediately greeted with warm smiles the staff even remembered our names when we arrived, we were also offered to become members of the hotel because it was 3rd time. We’re glad to see the hotel being very busy we could see that everyone was trying their hardest to keep up. We had to wait for our villa when we arrived but the front desk were very sorry and offered to have a drink whilst we waited for the villa to be cleaned. The villa is still a beautiful as always the shore will always be choice when we come to phuket. Thank you The shore see you soon

Perfect & lovely vacation choice

Simply .. It was great ! Well designed spaces and place. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect food breakfast and dinner. Magnificent views. Beautiful locations and scenes. Unforgettable memories as well. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you the shore team 🤗🤗

Unprofessional reception service

Everything was good except the service at reception. Check in took really long and during the check in we don't even receive welcome drinks while other foreigners get them. the price we pay is not worth for what we get. Really unprofessional as 5 star resort . My first and last stay in this resort . the first impression ruined everything! I feel really discriminated

Not a true five star hotel, hospitality has fallen greatly with villas with rotten fish odors

From the moment we arrived to this supposedly 5 star hotel we were treated to more of a 3 star hotel vibe. Staff isn’t properly trained and not very welcoming. Even when arriving to breakfast which is terrible, we had to find our own table and sit ourselves down. A simple good morning and taking us to a table goes a long way. When we arrived, nobody helped us with our luggage and we had to hunt down a receptionist to help us check in. Once we arrived into the villa, the room had a rotten fish odor to it and when we complained about it they told us to Just open the door to air it out, which we did but the room still had that rotten fish odor to it. We had to buy scented candles and lit them to rid the smell. My fiancée and I are planning a wedding and wanted to stay here to experience how the staff are and how the location would work out for us but after our stay we definitely will not be holding our wedding ceremony at this hotel.
