Set on the unspoilt island of Koh Samet on the soft white sands of Ao Kiew Beach and surrounded by tropical jungle, Paradee is romantic and luxurious. Stretching across the island, the resort has two beaches for both blissful sunrises and enchanting sunsets. For shops and restaurants, the main town is a 30-minute taxi ride away.

Paradee is an all-villa resort, and each of the 40 villas has a thatched roof and traditional Thai elements. Cascading down the hillside to the beach, they also draw on Balinese and Moroccan influences to complement their jungle setting. You’ll find a huge four-poster bed in each, as well as private outdoor terrace complete with sun loungers. Opt for a pool villa for the benefit of your own private pool with Jacuzzi. Beach Villas allow you to awake each morning to sea views, while the Suite Villa has plenty of additional space.

The Sunset Bar is built into the rocks above the west-facing beach, with an elevated wooden terrace where you can have delicious signature cocktails and panoramic views. Serving Asian-fusion food, The Restaurant is reminiscent of a traditional Thai sala, looking out across the eastern beach and the pool. If you prefer to dine in private, you can choose from options including breakfast in bed or a magical dinner on the beach beneath a candlelit sala and a canopy of stars.
