Excellent Service and Spacious Rooms
The room was very spacious and nicely arranged. I went on the busiest day. But with the hotel architecture, it was a very calm environment. Especially in the room, no background noises. I went to do some remote office work. The Internet was good. Table to work. Since it is a bit of an old hotel, one plug point did not work. But once I inform, the Hotel maintainers immediately fixed it.
The well-spent weekday getaway in Wadduwa
I really enjoyed the stay at TBW, welcome to the goodbye the staff was very friendly and it was not fully booked during my stay, maybe because it was a weekday. The food was great and they have a good mix of meal options too. If you get your timings right you can enjoy your food leisurely. There was a great view from the room and there was nothing to complain about during my stay, it was a great relaxing 20 - 30 hours time I spent there. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone... On a separate note, I really loved the design and very spacious development because you have so much space to move around.

Blue water wadduwa
The staff was friendly and the beach was really pretty and clean. Loved the view from the room 💕. Thank you for everything. Enjoyed the stay at blue waters wadduwa. Please come and visit the beautiful hotel.
A Beautiful Hotel blinded by Bad management
Summarizing my entire experience.. We arrived on 11th at 2:30 PM and ended up getting the room only at 6 PM (there were some who had come at 12 PM and still had to wait long hours before they got their rooms. Long story short, yes we were compensated but that will never deny the bad experience we had. More than anything, when a word is given, the managers need to live up to it. Point 1, We were promised by a manager at 3:15 PM that all the issues will be sorted and everyone will be provided a room in 45 mints. We went back to the reception at 4:15, nothing was sorted. and the manager was missing. It was the front desk team that was taking the hit. Point 2, finally the GM made his presence at 4:55 PM and promised a proposal within 15 mints. We were informed at 5:20 (after 25 mints) that rooms will be provided to all by 6PM and yes we did get our rooms by 6 PM To be honest, I loved the atmosphere, the ambience, the food, the pool etc. of this hotel. But its so unfortunate that the best part of the hotel is being tarnished by bad management. The hotel needs to really look into this situation, else its going to get worse from here. I need to specially mention and thank Mr. Hiran, who was the face of the hotel during this entire situation and managed the situation very well. Managers need to recognize these valuable resources and promote them as decision makers. I'm sure if Mr. Hiran had the authority, he would've found a better and a quick solution.
