Very interesting and highly recommended

Highly recommended! A must-go resort. This hotel will completely guarantee you a superb vacation. You will definitely feel the Beach & the Jungle to its maximum level :) with 5* service and authentic cuisines. The hotel was really amazing and the beach was astonishing, the staffs were extraordinary and friendly. Especially, Gothami went an extra step and booked us a wonderful jungle cabin which was very relaxing. there’s no negative experience , everything was perfect and beyond your expectation .

Stay close to nature

This is a great place to relax and unplug from the urban life. Hotel is built inside the forest with minimal harm to to the surrounding environment. Friendly staff, superb food and beautiful rooms made our stay an unforgettable one.

Great holiday

It was one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka with lot of adventure .wela did a great job at snockling. Food is also very nice . Lovely place to travel with breath taking beach view . There are so many extra activities to be done in this hotel , with very friendly staff

Fantabulous - Heaven in the Jungle

Fantastic location and facilities. The staff are very friendly and attentive. A good place to relax, enjoy the pool and the sea. Private cabins made in the signature Uga style are beautiful and blend in with the surrounding nature. Check their website or get in touch to decide which type of cabin you would like. The portions at meal times were huge and of course very tasty with great variety. The homemade ice cream is to die for (We think my wife finished all the butterscotch ice cream). The chef would always come around to check on whether the food was up to standard. A gym is at hand to burn off excessive gains. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to going again. A definite place to visit if you are planning to go to the East Coast of Sri Lanka. Shout out to Gothami (Front Office Manager) who made sure our stay was perfect, Chef Chandika who made sure our bellies were full all the time and Lasantha and team of boys ( i am angry with my self for not getting all the names) who catered to all our small demands of extra bread and butter or juice or what ever it was. Thank you every one. Hope to see you all soon

Relax and regenerate at UGA!

Very friendly staff, amazing beach, great location, really good food! A complete comfort package! We felt welcome and cared for at any time! BBQ at the beach, a snorkeling trip was arranged, cooking class was available and much more.
