Good Food Spacious Dining Area
Vast verity of foods for lunch with ample desserts and starters. Service is very good. Pleasant and pleasing environment. The access road is not of good quality. Beach front is excellent. Lovely place to spend with family.
Cleanest Beach Award
Trinco Blu is a good hotel, not in the elite standard of the Keels Group / Cinnammon Brand. The ambience is excellent, with a central pool overlooking the beach. If you like your beaches swept clean each morning, definitely the place to be. Good food at the buffet. But the rooms are perhaps the highlight, each with their own view of the coast and with a balcony. Would be five stars, but perhaps a bit expensive particularly the extras.
Second Visit! Excellent!
It was our second visit to this lovely hotel. white sandy beach, comfort & tasty food.. at its best. We personally very much prefer the interior designs of this hotels. and the food of course. Staff are very polite and attentive. we got a room upgrade to a beach chalet this time and we very much appreciate that gift. Room was comfortable and spacious. Hoping to visit again sooner..!
Perfect for us
We were a party of 6 friends and stayed in Trinco Blu for 12 nights. We all stayed in the downstairs of the beach houses. We had a great time. The beach houses are some times advertised as beach bungalows which is incorrect as they all have ground and first floor accommodation. My advice would be to definitely ask for the ground floor as they are larger and you step straight from the patio to the beach. The beach outside Trinco Blu and north of the property is kept beautifully, raked and cleaned each day. The beach to the South seems to get worse the further you go, covered in plastic and rubbish. There are two restaurants in Trinco Blu the buffet restaurant and The Crab which is A La Carte. We were half board so used the buffet restaurant a lot both for breakfast and dinner. The variety and choice of foods was fantastic as was the service. We ate at The Crab once at it was probably the best meal of the holiday. (Try the fresh tuna). We also ate at other restaurants and none compared to Trinco Blu. We had two birthdays whilst we were on holiday and the Hotel provided cakes and decorated the tables which made them special. The large pool is excellent, set in beautiful grounds overlooking the Sea. For anyone that is interested, the Hotel organised a transfer to the Airport for 6 people for £100 which is very reasonable. It is a bit unfair to single out individual Staff members as all the Staff were excellent. Randeepa and Siva in the restaurant made us so so welcome and really looked after us. The Pool boys ensured that our sun beds and towels were ready for us each morning. I can find no fault with Trinco Blu, we had a great time and they looked after us. I have noticed adverse comments on Tripadvisor about the dogs on the beach. We encountered quite a few dogs and we thought they were good natured, friendly and engaging. It would be nice if the hotel could get them an annual health check and get the easy to treat conditions like mange, treated.
We had a beach chalet for four nights, intended to explore Trinco a little but hardly moved from the beach. Being January and out of season, it was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. The beach chalet was very nice, plenty of space and comfortably furnished with a day bed, table and chairs out on the verandah. The restaurant was pleasant (open on three sides), the staff attentive and the food very good. I would really like to go back and spend longer.
