Great Hotel Choice
We have stayed for a week and it’s been excellent. Our room has a cute city view; hotel location is central to everything; mini supermarket outside; Wi-Fi signal is excellent; staff are very friendly and helpful (the kettle was very useful); room servicing is clean and efficient (even though we didn’t go out until lunchtime); bed was extra large and comfortable (over 6ft); quiet air conditioning; cute double shower in the suite room; one of the best hotel hair dryers ! There’s even a quiet area at the back of the lobby where you can sit and work if you need to. We are delighted with our choice. Hints - if you use the hotels recommended taxi service, they will bring you to the hotel door. Handy as it’s pedestrianised, if you’re not familiar with the city.
When in Seville, stay here!!
One of the best hotels we have stayed in this trip. Pros: -Central location. Walking distance to almost everywhere -Extremely friendly and helpful hotel staff -Diego at the bar is amazing -The breakfast spread was fabulous (loved the fresh churros) -Got a junior suite (room 310) and the room was extremely spacious with gorgeous views Cons: -The bathroom could do with a little ventilation. That’s all Spent 4 nights here and absolutely enjoyed our stay and will recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Seville :)
Beatriz saved the day!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days in December 2021. We had initially booked for three nights, but we liked it so much that we decided to stay an extra two days. The hotel is all the other travellers have said it is: extremely well-located (in the busiest part of town, close to all the shops, restaurants and tourist attractions) tasty décor (the best lighting project I have ever seen in any hotel room), good size rooms (we got a room facing the street, a bit bigger than the ones facing the courtyard), comfortable, firmer beds (a bit issue for me – I cannot sleep if the bed is too soft). But where this hotel really excelled was on the service they provided after we had left. In reaching my next destination, I realized I had forgotten my scarf at this store (La Dispensa del Palacio) which is a three-minute walk from the hotel. I called the hotel to see whether they could pick it up and send it to me via post – and they did! Beatriz made sure the scarf was retrieved and sent to our home. They really went the extra mile to save the day— it’s a Syrian scarf that was a gift from my husband a long time ago. HC10 Casa de Las Pratas now has a fan and a customer for life!
Good location but upset with hotel staff
The location was very nice but the rooms were average. Bad part 1. Our first encounter with the hotel staff was not nice as they denied taking our luggage to our rooms and told us that they don’t have that facility. 2. All the hotel staff have access to your rooms, we were sleeping and yet they entered our room without our permission, and this happened not once but thrice. We informed the hotel reception and no action was taken. 3. They do not provide water in rooms which is a basic amenity. Good part 1. The hotel is very well located and the reception staff hands you the map of the city and are very helpful. 2. There are small shops near buy from where you can but bags and souvenirs. 3. There is an express shop just under the hotel.
Average rooms and convenient location
Hotel is located on a busy street with lots of tourists - a very good location close to all restaurants and many attractions. The room was small; mine also has a big pillar next to the bed which made navigating in the room inconvenient. While it’s nothing luxurious, it has all the basics you need - clean, nicely decorated, and well-heated. There was no kettle but a Nespresso machine instead. The hotel lobby also serves as a bar/restaurant area and features a quiet library where you can order food/drinks and get work done. Shoutout to the male staff at the bar who provided outstanding service both when I ordered food/drinks at the bar and from my room. Met some Karens at the lobby who insisted I put on a mask when I was eating a chocolate bar, which was a pretty entertaining experience. 🤣 I wonder if they go around to restaurants telling people to eat with their masks on? It’s possible that the hotel attracts older budget travelers. If you’re looking for a better crowd and some more exclusive, I would suggest booking a higher-end hotel. Overall a pleasant experience!
