Fabulous hotel, a wonderful experience
Stayed for 4 nights and booked a room with a sea-facing view which was well worth it. It felt really magical and the interior of the hotel was perfect. I loved every minute and would happily return. Highly recommended, especially for couples as is very romantic.
My boyfriend and I (And my best friend and brother in law) went at the beginning of October last year and we had such a lovely time. The hotel was fantastic; when we first arrived the check in was so quick and easy. We were offered a complimentary drink on arrival and our bags were taken up to our rooms for us. We always stay in 4/5* hotels and the rooms were lovely; very modern and spacious. The only negative I can think of is that the coffee/ milk in the room was not replenished daily however the water was. On every floor near the main lifts there is an ice machine which was great for drinking cava and beer in the room as this could be chilled on ice. It was my best friends birthday whilst we were there and after talking with the staff at the reception desk, she received a complimentary bottle of cava and a dessert. We also decorated the room with white balloons. Our board basis was bed and breakfast; the food was lovely with a fantastic selection everyday with lots of fresh fruit and fruit juices etc. For lunch we would go to the shop and buy fresh bread, ham, cheese, drinks etc and enjoy these around the pool. Everyday at around 11am, everyone around the pool was given a complimentary cocktail and pastry of some sort. The entertainment in the day was good, with different activities for people to join in with, however we don’t really get involved with that. The terrace bar is also really lovely and we went here most days before going out in the evening. The drinks are all put on a tab so keep your eye on this as it may build up (ours did- unless you are all inclusive, the drinks can be quite expensive) but you can pay it off at any time. Overall we had such an amazing stay and I would 100% stay there again!
Our second visit to this hotel, and we will be back next year. Stayed from the 9/3/2020 to the 19/3/2020, we had 6 fabulous days up to the lockdown then we were restricted to our room ,which was very unfortunate ,but the hotel handled the situation brilliantly. We upgraded to half board so we were able to go to breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, during the day they came to your room with food trolley ,this carried on into the evening, they couldn’t have done more. Thank you to everyone who worked hotel.
Really enjoyed our 10 night stay over Christmas. We stayed on an all inclusive, star prestige basis. If we were to return it would be on an all inclusive basis - no star prestige. If you are all inclusive the only real star prestige benefit we felt was access to the rooftop deck/pool which we wouldn't have missed if we didn't have it. There are other things included in star prestige but if you are all inclusive you could eat & drink as much as you want anyway. All public areas of the hotel sparkling clean. Lots of nice areas to sit/relax if you want out of the sun for a bit. Indoor & outdoor seating available in the bar & restaurant. Access to beach path via gate at side near spa area. Room very nice, we were located to the front of the hotel so the balcony got the sun most of the day. Really good housekeeping team but sometimes noisy early morning moving about (glasses on trolley rattling). Best all inclusive food offering I have ever experienced. Lots of choice. Great quality & all very fresh. Christmas day was amazing. Plenty entertainment, gifts left in room by housekeeping. Of course a visit from Santa on a Harley Davidson. Would definitely consider returning again for Christmas day. The staff make this hotel what it is. All very attentive, friendly & welcoming. Felt like I had known them for years & they were old friends. I have no hesitation in saying they really completed the holiday for us. Live music each night. Usual day time activities (aerobics, pilates etc). Not a very lively hotel as adults only & was predominantly 50+ whilst we were there. But lots of fun to be had if you are chatty & willing to get involved.
With a beautifully designed interior (& exterior), this hotel was very impressive. As well as the stunning decor, the staff were helpful and polite, the rooms were laid out perfectly with a large smart tv on the wall offering a big choice of movies for 3 euros each or Netflix, really comfy beds & a gorgeous shower. The cleaners did a fab job, the rooms and whole place were pristine. We went on a bed and breakfast basis and the buffet breakfast choice was second to none - just delicious. We were very lucky with the weather - 25 degrees for the 5 days we were there - and sunbathing by the pool, sipping cold cava and sinking into the comfy padded sun lounger was pure bliss. We had lunch by the pool on a couple of the days and the food was fab - so tasty and healthy at the same time. The lady running it was so lovely and very efficient. We will definitely return to this fantastic hotel and consider ourselves very lucky to have just made it there a week before all flights to the Canaries were suspended due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
