Recently returned from a seven day holiday and experienced a great holiday The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was first class. The Alacarte restaurants need a little refinement but overall a hotel I would definitely stay in again. In fact my wife and I are definitely considering booking for Christmas.
Visited this hotel for a week on the 13th of March just as virus restrictions came into place , having stayed at secrets hotels before the hotel itself was great and to the same standards what made this on different was the staff, what was a very trying time for guests trying to get flights out and airlines going down the staff were amazing and genuinely helpful to everyone, even when everyone was locked down and kept to their rooms they were very helpful and couldn’t help enough, will be back there next year and will definitely be staying there again,
I recently returned from a 5 night stay in this resort. I went with my sister and wasn't bothered by the amount of couples who were staying in the hotel as the main reason for this stay was rest and relaxation, hence, why we choose a hotel free form children. Staff were excellent, and so helpful and friendly. Our room was gorgeous - clean and modern. We requested a balcony with a view, which made a huge difference. Food was very good , as was the choice. Location was was also excellent and within a 10 minute walk from Puerto Calero. Overall, would definitely stay in this hotel again.
Loved this Hotel
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights at the beginning of March and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were met on arrival with drinks and taken to our room by one of the hotel staff after check in. Our room was one of the standard rate rooms and it was very spacious with a large bathroom, huge TV, information tablet and a terrace which faced the main pool. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and breakfast was the best I can remember having in any hotel. The choice was overwhelming! We ate in the Barefoot grill restaurant at lunch times which was nice and tried the Italian which again was nice. We ate most nights and went for drinks in the local Puerto Calero which is a 5/10 minute walk away. There are some great bars and restaurants down there and I’m glad we had the option as we like to venture. The pool area was very spacious and there are plenty of beds. The grounds and outside areas are all done to a very high standard, as are the interior areas of the hotel. There are daily activities in the pool such as yoga and aqua step and other activities throughout the day such as running and archery. We didn’t use the spa but used the gym almost every day which is basic but just what you need on holiday. The resort is truly a step away from the everyday and you’re made to feel very relaxed and like you’ve come to a five star resort. The only couple of things I would say; there is a sushi bar close to the pool which only opens in the evenings. We would have used it for lunch and didn’t feel it was right for a dinner location. Also, the main piano bar is great but so huge. I think there should be a smaller snug bar off the main reception as we would have used that a bit more also. I’m so glad we booked to stay here and it really did live up to expectations. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Lanzarote.
Not really sure where to start! Everything was just fantastic, from the moment we arrived. A glass of cava was offered while checking in which was very welcome, a helpful porter showed us to our room, which was lovely, very well equipped (particularly liked the coffee machine) and very comfortable. It was also spotlessly clean as was the whole resort. We booked all inclusive, but not preferred club, which we feel was the right choice for us. We felt extremely well looked after, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurants and food were excellent, so much choice in the World Cafe and we very much enjoyed the a la carte restaurants. The location was great, being able to walk in either direction along the coastal path and also liked strolling around Puerto Calero. We took part in some of the activities, my husband enjoyed the rifle shooting and archery and I went to a Pilates, yoga and stretch class which were all good. Emmanuel, Isabel and all the entertainments team were very helpful and enthusiastic. We went to the evening entertainment in the Piano bar every evening and particularly enjoyed the three tenors. We also used the spa for a half day which was very relaxing. We thought that the pool areas were nicely laid out, not too crowded, we always found sun beds whatever time of day. The weather was great during our stay, we really had the most relaxing pampered time all round. Cannot think of any negatives, so on that note we will definitely be back, just hope that the hotel won’t suffer too much because of the current crisis.
