Just finished a week stay here as a couple. Amazing roof top pool and lovely staff! Well equipped gym and tasty (albeit over priced) food. Enjoyed a different cocktail every day! House keeping gave us new water every day which was handy. Room had amazing view (cloud 9 suite sea view) however I do think the room was a bit dated and had marks on the ceiling and floor so could do with some redecorating. The premier room decor looks a lot nicer but is smaller. Breakfast was lovely - though the service you got did alter each day. Due to COVID some meals you ordered and then you had to go get your own tea bag/ bakery/ butter / bacon etc, which is completely fine - but some staff did this for guests and not for others so wasn’t entirely equal treatment. I recommend their restaurant maymanta for dinner, great Peruvian tapas with great view - the staff though did not seem 5 star and not very organised with each other so don’t go if you’re expecting fine dining. Overall give it 4 stars, as lovely as it was I’ve been to 5 star hotels which pay much more attention to detail for the same price especially for the room. Would still come back as Ibiza is a fab place, and the roof top pool is 10/10.
We had an amazing stay at this fantastic hotel as a family in July/August 2020. Faultless service from the staff - nothing was too much trouble and we were so well looked after. The food at all restaurants was delicious. The swimming pool was fantastic - especially the adults only one on the roof. It was my birthday while we were there and they went to great lengths to make it special for me, with complimentary cake and cava. Our kids (8 and 5) loved it. We will definitely be back!
Difficult to evaluate
We stayed in this hotel one week. First to the negative part: The hotel is about 25 minutes from Ibiza city and the traffic it's really bothering. The reservation office is a total disaster, rent them 3 emails and they don't even reply. The hotel has no access to the sea. On the positive side: The hotel is nice and nothing to complain about it. Rooms are OK and the service was good too. The best at this hotel was a woman but the concierge who is the perfect example of service minding. Friendly and helpful. I wished every hotel had someone like her. Unfortunately I do not remember her name.
Worse than Melia for more than double the price
This hotel would be fine if one was paying 100/200€ a night but at 375€, it is not acceptable! The service is very slow and incompetent, the food was below average. The Peruvian restaurant was, also unfortunately disappointing. Breakfast is super slow, most people left before their food was brought, bacon is served raw, omelette burnt and dry... honestly the whole place is an absolute joke and then they kick you out of the pool at 18:30. But, on the plus side the room is nice - the rest however is so bad.
Not for family. Rooms dated.
We booked for a week after being moved hotels by Jet 2. Paid £4000 for the week. Rooms were small and not suites. Rooms dated. Bang and olafson tv that is 15 years old needs an upgrade. LEDs in room didn’t work. Air con couldn’t be adjusted. Pictures made it look better than it was. Couples only not good for families. We left after 2 day to move somewhere else.
