New roof top bar is outstanding
We love returning to Aguas de Ibiza. It is such a lovely experience and you are truly spoiled. We were especially looking forward to our visit in October as a new roof top restaurant and pool had opened. It was magical. A perfect place to view the incredible sunset, a shame that one hour before the restaurant opened we were told we would have to move to the other roof top bar because they had to prepare the area. Not to worry though as the other bar has big chill out seats looking out across the bay of Santa Eulalia with Formentera looming on the horizon. Our room was 200. A lovely spacious and very comfortable room with contemporary four poster bed and views over the marina. Breakfast is an excellent buffet and you can also choose off the menu for fresh omelettes, porridge etc. What really makes this hotel though on top of the beautiful rooms, great location, gorgeous spa,(largest on the island), great breakfast, is the staff. They are amazing. Special thanks goes to Yaiza, the concierge , who helped us so much with a parking ticket we had. We foolishly parked in a restricted zone and our hire car was taken. Yaiza helped us to get the car back and was a star. Aguas de Ibiza is one of our favourite hotels in the world. I would highly recommend that you stay here.
Amazing hotel and staff who couldn’t be more helpful Especially Javier, the reception staff and Anna in the restaurant They all went out of our way to make our stay extra special We’ve been lucky to stay in other 5 ⭐️ Hotels in Ibiza this is by far the best
Loved this hotel, everything was exceptional, from check in and the rooms, to breakfast and the rooftop bar and pools. Everything was high quality and worth every penny. The garden and pools were like an oasis. Our view of the marina was beautiful
A very special hotel with an amazing spa
Just finished our trip here and can’t tell you how amazing this hotel was. The rooftop pools/bars/restaurant with an infinity pool is spectacular with amazing vistas. The main pools are also fanatastic with comfy loungers etc. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The food is also very good with service around the pools which is very nice, The spa I must say is world class one of the best I have ever visited not just in a hotel. Had treatments at the spa also very good. Had a couple of minor issues dealt with very efficiently by management who genuinely care. 5 star plus will definitely return .
5 star OR family hotel ?
We had a lovely week at Las Aguas in September 2019 We were also disturbed by some of the 1 star reviews before departure but relieved to find the hotel much as it was in 2018 on our initial visit. First the good points: the roof top lay out is very chic. Staff as charming and helpful as ever, particular thanks to Pau at breakfast. Room 300 was lovely although there was an obvious piece of furniture missing from a corner. One major gripe - preschool children. Perhaps we were unlucky but there were a lot of babies with tank like strollers. The accompanying noise ruined the calm of the hotel and meant me having to bed hop to avoid the noise and sight of nappy changing. The advent of a Kids’ Club suggests the hotel is after the family market. The piped music all day poolside was not a positive for me but it did at least drown out the babies crying. Housekeeping this year was inconsistent and sloppy. So it’s 4 star from me. Management need decide what the core market is. They recognize the issue as the top floor pool is adults only but it’s not big enough to meet demand. Sadly we won’t be returning next year, it’s a lovely hotel but has slightly lost its way.
