Shoutout to Hotel STAFF

Excellent on many levels … Architectural Genre & Decorative Style, Plush Comforts, Delicious Food, Magnificent Ocean View, but MOST IMPRESSIVE is the friendliness and sincerity of most of the hotels STAFF … A special mention to Doorman & Porter Sakhile Nzama who reacted intuitively to assist my choking 85 year old father with a proactivity & authentic goodwill that is rare in today’s world. 3 generations of family REALLY enjoyed our stay ! Thank you, NGIYABONGA 💥

A well worth it venue for an event!

What a stellar service! From the time I initially enquired about the venue, to the day of the event itself, Johan (banqueting) and everyone at The Oyster Box really gave us a beautiful experience. They also had on-the-ground staff allocated to us for extra assistance on the day, which was extremely valuable and it just made life so much easier for us. Would definitely recommend!

Engagement

Outstanding experience last night.Engagement @ Oyster Box Hotel. All arrangements done by Westley (personally as a Manager). Arranged a balcony view on the ocean, rose petals and complimentary shampaigne. He popped the question in view of all the Guests with the Lighthouse in the background. Outstanding food and drinks. Outstanding service delivery. Compliments to all Staff - from Security at the gate and entrance, to even the guy who sweeped the toilets. Brilliant Waiter and support Staff. Amazing!!!
